I have been to almost 10_12 states in India. Still as a person from Nagaland, Kerala was the best. People are educated, good behavior, great atmosphere, much better than most of the north Indian states
Advantages of kerala as i know..! 1. fair work pay and if the work is good employer is happy.. no much preassure. 2. food water accomodation is very well served... 3. assosiations for migrant workers for their wellness.. 4. If they bring their family here.. kids can go to school here as education is cheap here with food. and women can also go for work with good pay if they want as house maids. 5. Wont say racism nd discrimatiom is not here.. but comparitivly less and people dont bother another people here... so there arent much issues. 6. Religion... we dont talk about religion much as North medias are showing.. since people are educated here and think with their own brain.. we'll never fall for it..
No one gives a shit on religion here....a small percent of obsessed dicks are there but as long as u have a good personality and trustworthy behavior you'll be taken care of with love
Mostly not. Mooslims are everywhere in kerala and their mosque has loudspeakers and it sometimes feels like some isssslamic state. People judge you for what you do and people ask you hundreds of questions and spread false stories about you. Kerala is begining to look like saudi arabia
RRS is implementing their propaganda against kerala. Because they don't have a chance winning here. Northies are getting brainwashed and misguided about the states culture and harmony.
I've worked in Kerala for 2 yrs and this is actually true. Wages for blue collar workers are higher in Kerala, but one major thing to note is that the salary for some white collar workers is literally peanuts. They earn less than the daily wage earners. The software industry is Kerala employs a good chunk of their youth, but the pay is relatively low when compared to other states.
Thats basically demand and supply. You got less people to do hard labor and more demand for them. Its the opposite for white collar jobs. And thats the same in all developed countries. I live in Australia and here an electrician earns more dollars per hour than a software engineer.
Education is the problem in Kerala everybody have the infrastructure needed to education . only 50% people pass plus two then it's ok like in Gujarat caste based education system is much better 13 aur 14 percent people half the right to education in old India that is the much much better India Jay Bharat Jay Hindustan
Communal harmony is kerala's biggest attraction. Compared to other states issues based on castes and religion are very less. Daily wages are very attractive. Social security and health sector are far far better. Even children of migrants started education in kerala. 😊
What are you even talking man? "Started education"? In 2016 we opened a school for migrant kids. Free education, free meals. Classes in their own mother tongue. At the moment, there are multiple schools in Kerala just exclusively opened for kids from migrant family.

They would be able to diagnose issues swiftly than those who have travelled abroad.
Another fact we prefer Kerala for treatments is the travel time and the benefit it brings....Just a 4 hr flight and along with the treatment, we can have a great time with our near ones there.
In 80's and 90's Keralites used to go to other stated and gulf as unskilled labourers in small jobs. But each person's family benefited, kids studied and their life got better. So there is a gap in Kerala as the lower strata of society got raised, there is no one to do the unskilled jobs. Also the skilled people also started migrating overseas for better jobs and to more western countries. So we needed the guest workers. I hope these Guest worker's family also grow up, their sons and daughter get education and their life progress.

Some were with their families buying groceries, clothes, trolleys, school stuff etc. The boards on the buses had names of places written in both Hindi and Malayalam. People were communicating in whatever little Malayalam/Hindi they could knew... Whatever little racistic/xenophobic thought I had regarding this in my mind died that day!
The upgradation is actually mutual. The guest workers get better wages than elsewhere and in return they have upgraded the standard of work in all aspects, especially in output and quality. Local guys no longer can give poor output and have numerous breaks as was the practice here. So actually our guest workers have raised the work standards to new heights. They deserve ever rupee they earn for doing us Keralites this service ❤

This is the true statement. The trickle down effect. Hope families in Bihar and Bengal get a better living and help their kids get good food, healthcare, education. Let's ignore the negativities and bring positive changes to fellow Indians. That is the true measure of patriotism

@@formingv7777 Kerala did it. The families did grow that's why they are leaving kerala. You can get a good job in kerala with monthly salary from 40k to 80k for a educated person. Plus they benefit from all nutrition and welfare programs given to school children.
I hope that the other states can learn from Kerala. When the migrant workers' kids get educated and maybe work in their own states at higher levels, they can teach them that culture they saw and learned as well. Maybe the North can end up becoming more peaceful as people see that the way they live is not the only way to live

The first day itself they asked us about our religion and caste.. We 4 were together for more than 6 months before they came.. we never knew each other's caste until they asked us about that.. we were really surprised when they asked that.. we were thinking what they wanted by knowing our caste details.. Maybe they grew up in a society who discriminate on caste basis and we grew up in Kerala where knowing each other's caste is not a common thing
I am a Malayali, born & raised in Bangalore , I go to Kerala often to visit my relatives and it’s such a peaceful & slow paced place. It’s super clean, you don’t see poverty, everyone lives a self sufficient & sustainable lifestyle. The weather is great. People find happiness in small things. All religions co-exist in peace & harmony. You’ll find a temple , a church & a mosque every 100 metres. Each celebrate their festivals with pomp and grace, everyone take part in each other’s festivals irrespective of their religious beliefs. Although Kerala is in south India, it’s very different from other South Indian states, culturally. While the other 3 states have many similarities. , for me personally Kerala is a spiritual destination❤️❤️

Why not question the terrible itch one group possess to convert others? This nasty itch itself is a clear sign of intrinsic intolerance towards others. I am from Perumbavoor and I see this all day, all of them are happy. They do their work and some even have their families here and they all live peacefully with SAFETY...
I'm from Thrissur, Kerala and even though there are so many guest workers here, when u compare the numbers to places like perumbavoor , it's relatively lower.
I recently went to perumbavoor(first time there) and was returning back around 3pm. My dad and I were famished, so we went to a bakery/hotel (not of a North Indian cuisine). The seats were completely occupied by people of all kinds- there were guest workers, malayalee families of all classes, youth hanging around in groups... - all eating the same food, talking, laughing. The Muslim guy at the counter asking everyone if they liked the food, smiling, thanking the people.
We went to the local bus stand and I was baffled by the amount of these workers there.
