Fun fact if that fan don't spin up when you plug it in. It's either you're power supply is bad or not getting a connection to your mother board.

@@aubreynembhard6851 Another youtube technician told me it could be the Hdmi ic retimer chip. He made a few videos fixing that and reached out to me on reddit and told me that it could be a 50/50 chance and it was worth trying. The retimer chip is usually replaced when someone has a problem with the display but he says it can also cause the no power issue we are having. I tested the Hard disk and it's perfect, I also tested the power supply and that is fine too. I did all the obvious checks like switching the cable and trying a different outlet. So if it's none of those things I listed than you should definitely give it a try. I just ordered the retimer chip and it should be here in a few weeks. You can look up videos youtube if you need any help on checking the power supply etc.

@@ConsoleTherapy Thank you so much for your reply! I am currently repairing an xbox one slim, and can't find what i'm looking for on Mouser's site. I tried searching the exact nomenclature of the MOSFET (unless I'm mistaken) and nothing comes up (Google came up with zero results).
The # on the part is: GK194620 (5 pins).
Is there a way for me to send you an email or a message with a photo of the exact piece I'm looking for so that you can guide me with how to find the exact component I need?

    Great video!
My console has the exact same issue, but in my case no one of the power channels are shorted to ground.
I also tested the mosfets, but they seem to be fine as well.
As I said, the console does not power at all, no noises or something like that.
The power button and power supply seems to be good as well, so I don't really know how to keep fault finding it.
Do you have any idea of what could be the cause?

I don’t know why you just don’t use an xclamp removal tool. It makes it so easy and there is no chance to damage the board.
