U9E2 is a mosfet driver IC and usually burns out the little resistor above when it goes bad, the resistor acts as a fuse and prevents more damage to the board. The part number for that component is NCP5901BMNTBG
@@TheCod3r do you have an online store front, I have this issue with an xbox one s console and want it fixed. I didn't spill anything on it but has similar issue.
I'm not surprised that the fixes didn't work, the board was still caked with what ever was spilled on it. The board once it was first looked over and saw where the damage looked to be, should have been washed over with alcohol to clean it. Then reflow the solder.

Ever try an ultrasonic cleaner? I have revived/repaired MacBook logic boards with just running it thru there. Works especially well (50% of the time) with any boards without any burn marks. Corrosion is blasted away with osolating ultrasonic waves. 5 min, then rinse with 90% isopropyl alcohol and then dry with air compressor and let sit overnight. Board looks good as new and also eliminates all corrosion issues.

I agree. Special when you said the first monitor showed out of range. I do not have the quick 2 buttons to press to reset it. Hopefully you can see these messages before taking the whole thing apart again.
I have this exact job on the bench currently, interested to see what your fault is and if it's the same on this one.. I also had a blown R9D30 resistor, and a faulty transistor next to it on top of the 2 chips here, took me ages to find it!

Ya like the guy below said hold eject and press power and hold them both for about 6 seconds resets resolution to 680 i have to do that sometimes after a port and retimer replacement no clue why but is what it is!!! Worth a shot!
Have a similar issue on my bench right now. They took it to UBREAKIFIX and they ran it through an ultrasonic without inspecting, so finding the issue is proving troublesome. The standard mosfet failure is not my issue - all test ok. A bit of a head scratcher that I admittedly have set aside for other work. Will have to re-visit.
I love your channel, but during this video, the youtube injected TWO commercials by 2/3 of the video!!! If the add is at the end or even at the beginning, that is OK. THANKS AGAIN!!!
I have the same power problem with my xbox one x. Barely used it. No water exposure. It was in a Gaems case between my legs while I was opening a door and it fell like 2 or 3 inches and now it powers on for barely enough time to eject the disk that was in it. Wondering if a chip had weak solder or something after watching this. I'm not really equipped to do what you did. it's a shame because I barely used that xbox for almost a year and I finally start using it again and this happens. One day I might try to find a repair shop like yours
Would’ve been interesting to see the board under a thermal camera. Side note try a different HDD, a bad one may cause a no signal although I doubt this is the case here.
Had a one s doing that to me after changing the hdmi retiming chip. Pressed the sync and power then released the power. Was doing this because the resolution output for my monitor was wrong.

My xbox one s power supply went bad from lightning a while back so I ordered a new one. When I went to turn it on it cut on and right off. I noticed I broke the power button off of the pcb board so I ordered a new one. Just installed the new one and it still won't stay on. I have no idea what to try now
Out of range HDMI means the display can't handle the incoming signal settings. XBOX One can do 4K and if it is set for that resolution then any display connected to the console that can't handle the incoming signal resolution will give off that message. I'd just like to know what chips you replaced so I can fix mine.
