U9E2 is a mosfet driver IC and usually burns out the little resistor above when it goes bad, the resistor acts as a fuse and prevents more damage to the board. The part number for that component is NCP5901BMNTBG

I'm not surprised that the fixes didn't work, the board was still caked with what ever was spilled on it. The board once it was first looked over and saw where the damage looked to be, should have been washed over with alcohol to clean it. Then reflow the solder.

Ever try an ultrasonic cleaner? I have revived/repaired MacBook logic boards with just running it thru there. Works especially well (50% of the time) with any boards without any burn marks. Corrosion is blasted away with osolating ultrasonic waves. 5 min, then rinse with 90% isopropyl alcohol and then dry with air compressor and let sit overnight. Board looks good as new and also eliminates all corrosion issues.

I have the same power problem with my xbox one x. Barely used it. No water exposure. It was in a Gaems case between my legs while I was opening a door and it fell like 2 or 3 inches and now it powers on for barely enough time to eject the disk that was in it. Wondering if a chip had weak solder or something after watching this. I'm not really equipped to do what you did. it's a shame because I barely used that xbox for almost a year and I finally start using it again and this happens. One day I might try to find a repair shop like yours
