In this video I go over my new carry gun option the Walther PDP 4" compact that has a 15 round magazine (I do say at the beginning that it's 18 rounds, but I correct it at the end!). So check it out and let me know of any questions! Thanks again for watching and supporting my channel!
Good vid. You had me pissed initially when you said two 18 round mags. Thought I got the short end of the stick. 😮😂 If you like that holster, try a C&G holster, OMG!!!
Thanks for watching! I'll have to check out that holster.
You’re right about the lack of holster options. There’s a few more now but still not many
Ty
Walther PDP’s are great pistols. My two favorite pistols I have are my Canik Elite Combat and my PDP. I like them both for different reasons. I have the Full Size 5 inch and appendix carry IWB just fine. Another really nice holster is made by Slim Fit. It’s an appendix holster called a Guard Ultra. They changed the name of it recently to the Phalanx. Really nice dual clip holster and really tucks the grip into you to hide it. The PDP is a great shooter!
Thanks for your video - could you give us a link for such kind of holster please ? Thanks again for all
Thanks for watching! Here's the link to where I purchased the N8 holster: www.crossbreedholsters.com/xecutive-holster-by-n8-tactical.html
I've been wearing it for several months now and it works perfectly. No regrets or negatives about this purchase. I would recommend it to anyone with a Walther PDP (although it does fit other brands as well).
Yhe performance dynamic trigger that comes on the pro models is the one thats suppose to be the best trigger out of the box there is you can buy them from walther depending on your skill level you can install it yourself or have a gun smith do it but there not cheap last i checked they where 165 dollars
It's a safety plunger. Cmon man lol It's not a 2 stage trigger. Great video ! You can get a lite safety plunger spring and get away from that
Yeah, I know it’s the plunger for the firing pin block, and as usual, you can feel it engage when you’re pulling the trigger. Not so much on the Canik, which I think has the better trigger.
My PDP compact 4” came with black follower magazines. Yours are red. I saw guy using them in blue. What the hell is Walther doing?!
Thanks for watching Peter! Yeah, that's weird! This is the first Walther I've purchased in over a decade, so I didn't even notice that. I wonder if it has to with capacity--I live in a free state, not The People's Republic of California, so mine are 15 rounds.
Blue is 18 round. Red is newer than black
Good one. I have a xL & like it but the k frame I’ve had on by hip all dat just conceals better than it. Owb. Rounded not squared. I guess.?. Nice walther though. I don’t have any. Like paddle mag releases . I think.?.heard of a gun they made a while back w quad release. Ambi Buttons & paddles .know anything about that? Takem easy
You got it backwards the Canik comes apart kind of like the Walther. Do you not realize your have to go through the safety plunger ? That's not the wall.
Canik was cloned from the Walther. The first take is just trigger spring then you hit the safety plunger then the wall. Best trigger from ANY polymer striker fired. Canik copied the design when the patent ran out.. I'm sorry but I can't trust you anymore. Just messin Great video
Thanks for watching Daryl! Yes, I agree, and then Canik made the trigger exponentially better. Both great guns, so much so that the PDP is my new go-to carry gun.
