Just ordered the A300 ultima patrol in multicam I can’t wait to get it! I have the grey and black version already but multicam is a whole other level 🙂👍🏼🇺🇸💥
Thanks for watching! Yes, I was so glad to find the Briley trigger shoe, that I wanted to share what I found. I HATED my Benelli M4 trigger since every time I took it to the range my trigger finger would get sore after about 20 rounds (I don't wear gloves for any gun). My only option for that gun was to send out the trigger group and have someone rebuild it with a wider trigger for $450.00! Instead, I paid $30 to put a cool red trigger shoe over it and it has worked perfectly.
I picked one up for what I thought was a good deal until I got it home and realized that it was the LE model that doesn't come with the cut velcro, nor is the barrel tubed. Not a big deal for what it is, but I would prefer it. So if you find a cheap one, just know it may be the LE model.
I’ve got the LE model too but the pre-cut velcro was in the bag with the butt pad spacers. You answered a question that I had about the lack of choke tubes. My LE doesn’t have interchangeable tubes either. Nor did it have the QD swivel insert in the barrel clamp. The hole is there, just no add insert.
@@mgibb4520 I reached out to Beretta and they sent me the velcro, you might do the same about the QD insert. I just looked at mine and it has it, but it's not like a traditional insert. It doesn't look like its there, but it is. It is strange that not one video review I have seen mentions the LE model and it's lack of tubes.
Hey, thanks for watching! Well, it would take all of 3 seconds of video--all you have to do is (regardless of the bolt position open or closed--I just did mine while in the closed position), pull the old one straight out from the side and push the new one in. There's a notch on the knob, and just make sure that faces the same direction as the one you pulled out. It's that easy!
Nice! I’m still debating on what to put on mine. I have esstac holder in 7 rounds and a magpul ms1 sling. Love the factory sights. Haven’t decided on what light yet. Anyone interested in slings, please look for reviews. The factory front plastic one is trash and doesn’t work on most QD slings. Rear QD in stock works on everything at this point.
I dig it, I wonder if berettas KO system for the hunting model a300 would work on the patrol model stock. It's just a hydraulic insert that replaces the spacers. Had one on my a350 I used to shoot before I got my a400.
I've been looking for an ideal WML for the 1301 so this helped a lot, thank you. Note: If you can't get a matchsaverz, look up roth performance xtra shell caddy. There's also the mlok matchaver by Oscar Delta (Canada based). I chose nord components for the metal barrel clamp and tube cover. GG&G stuff is great and they ship fast.
Just came over from your first overview video. Looks like some nice upgrades...especially the mag tube extension and barrel clamp! The GGG brand looks better and is less expensive than the Nordic brand option. Have you tried shooting the gun with just the standard ghost sights? I was wondering how dialed in they are from the manufacturer being that they are non-adjustable.
Thanks for watching! No, I have not used the stock ghost-ring sights. I got this out before the snow started flying where I live and ran about 100 rounds of 3" shells with the SRO and my shoulder survived! I had those 3" shells sitting around, and won't probably ever shoot them again through this gun, I'll just stick with the 2 3/4" shells.
@@docgsreloading7985 What size Limbsaver did you use for your A300UP? The only way I can order one is by small, medium or large sizes and by not the model# seen in your vid.
@@markn4526 That is weird. Well, if they're only giving you those 3 sizes, it would have to be the large size. That's a full size 12ga. and I'd have to think anything smaller wouldn't fit or work comfortably.

I have the same gun grey receiver model, just ordered that charging handle, it’s huge and obnoxious and I love the way it looks, I’m not a fan of the stock one, curious about that mag load shot saver have you tried it out yet?
Thanks for watching! Yes, I agree with you about the GG&G charging handle whis looks cool and is awesome! I'm going to do a video on the Matchsaverz vs. the Magload this week/weekend. Check it out when I post it.
Thanks for watching! I just used the longer screws since I added a spacer. They just go through the back of the Limb Saver and then you need to push the screwdriver through the back of the butpad and screw it together until the screws are tight.

Great video! For the Airtech Stock did you have to remove the factory stock from the A300 or did you just screw it on the factory stock? Also did you notice a recoil difference with the Airtech?
Thanks for watching! What I did for the Limbsaver, was removed the original butt pad and the large spacer and (to maintain the same length of pull) I put the small spacer with the Limbsaver using the same screws. All you have to do to install it is remove the 2 screws, one at the top and one at the bottom of the back of the stock butt pad and reinstall the Limbsaver the same way. It fits and works perfectly. Yes, I did notice a tremendous improvement. I used 3” shells (which I usually NEVER use in any of my shotguns-just too much recoil) and I was able to control the shot gun just fine. If you have an A300 Ultima Patrol, I’d get the Limbsaver for sure!
Clamp and cover waste of money, add loctite to original screws...easy fix. Just for looks, that sro looks goofy, only my opinion, feel like it needs a P2 or mps

For the life of me I cannot justify spending $300 plus on a flashlight, nope, not going to do it. There are just as good of lights out there for way less than SureFire. That's nothing more than a status symbol IMO. I mean come on; we are not deployed in a hot zone.
Sure, I hear ya, but I've been around long enough that I believe you get what you pay for, and the reason they have military contracts is because they're bomb-proof. @@PlugNusterYeah, I agree somewhat, but for a top-end product, their prices are reasonable. I'll have my Surefires for the rest of my life and they'll function perfectly. We'll just have to agree to disagree!

@@docgsreloading7985 awesome thank you!
Dud you say GG &G I didn't get that. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Better
Clamp and cover waste of money, add loctite to original screws...easy fix.
Just for looks, that sro looks goofy, only my opinion, feel like it needs a P2 or mps
I remember when shotguns came with a brass insert in the butt stock. No body complained about a sore shoulder. How generations have changed.

Fudd alert.
Ok boomer
@pnwoffroader331 oh look, generation I don't know anything made a comment. Maybe some day when you grow up, you'll have the knowledge and wisdom to have had the opportunity to listen and learn something about different kinds of firearms. The Tupperware crowd knows nothing except glock and 9mm. Not a boomer, just very very experienced.
I still have Surefire flashlights I purchased over 20+ years ago and I've never had an issue. I can't say that about any other brand of flashlight that I've purchased.
@@docgsreloading7985 Exactly my point. The military contracts is exactly what drove the price up on SureFire lights. Like paying $400 for a hammer.
@@PlugNusterYeah, I agree somewhat, but for a top-end product, their prices are reasonable. I'll have my Surefires for the rest of my life and they'll function perfectly. We'll just have to agree to disagree!
I have Elzetta flashlights and they are also excellent.
@@denisgalindo7973 I’ve not heard of that brand. I’ll have to check them out!
$1000 shotgun and you’ve put $500 to $800 worth of accessories on it. SMH.
Yeah, but it's better than spending $1,800 on a 1301 and then putting the same extras on it!
What’s so wrong about putting that much money into it?
@@Unknown-cq1kmdon’t listen to dude he’s an idiot. Most of the time you will spend more if not the same on mounting accessories. Just how it goes.
It is his shottie. He can spend what he chooses to on it.
The average joe spends just as much or more we all do to make it your own if u don’t have the money 💰 then it’s a personal problem 😂💸💸💸
