Total badass setup . Have you had any issues with a weak mag tube spring ? If so what did you replace it with ? Also where did you find the limb saver recoil pad . I really hope someone makes a replacement stock for the a300 . I know it won’t be easy but I hate that cheap hollow crap it comes with. I absolutely love the magpul stocks . Hope magpul can pull it off
I’ve had no issues with my spring so far and Nordic components makes a spring for it, and a pistol grip stock exists for the 300 I have a video on my channel it’s from Mesa tactical, it just came out 2 weeks ago, Magpul can’t make a SGA stock for it due to the angle of their grip but the Mesa tactical Urbino stock is nice, and the only other option besides the beretta buttstock, I found the limbsaver buttpad on Amazon, it was a beretta limbsaver not specifically for the a300, but it fit perfectly
@@bige2259 the 1301 is the best shotgun in existence and totally want one but I’m 2400$ deep into the 300, and honestly it’s a fantastic gun, I really don’t need the 1301 after I’ve tricked this one out, the Magpul stock looks awesome wish it could fit on the 300, and if Magpul can pull off their stock for the 300 I’ll buy it, I think beretta makes a different stock for their hunting version of the 300, they also have a kick off system stock
Out of the box, I had to buy a Nordic spring due to the last round, which would FTF very often. About 150 rounds in and it hasnt happened. Just cut it to 14 inches from the end of the tube up

If you are in the market for a semi auto the a300 is a fantastic choice, best value for the money, as is I have about 2100$ into my a300, but in original configuration it is still really nice
@@Tiger24kicks in my mind it’s the perfect setup if you need to leave in a hurry, that’s why I got ammo knives and some tools in there as well but it’s heavy but manageable, I do have a separate video just on the box itself

did you have to modify your handstop at all? I have been trying to figure out if you could actually use the bottom slots. Some people say it interferes with the piston and doesn't work. Some people say with the 1301, they have shave the screw down and it works... any thoughts?
The handstop I have is the strike industries mini handstop , the hardware that came with the handstop I did not shave the screws down, my action runs smooth I don’t hear any scraping of any kind, now GG&G suggests that you check your screw length so there is no interference, with whatever you mount on the bottom, in my case with this handstop there is not an issue

@@EthanJones-kd4qw that’s a cool handstop, I put on my handstop before the Zhukov was installed on the gun than you can see if the screws are longer than the M-LOK nuts, if you got the money and like the way the heat shield looks buy both from GG&G save on shipping, I think GG&G is the only company that sells the handguard specifically for the A300, plus when it arrives I’ll be putting out an upgrade video with the pistol grip urbino stock
I have that described issue on my 1301. I have the Zhukov handguard and magpul m-lok handstop installed; the screws which mounted the handstop interfere with the buffer tube/magazine tube spring and it doesn’t cycle. I’ll have to shave the screws down so it doesn’t interfere, keep that in mind if you have that issue

I have a variety of stuff , if I had to use ammo in my home I’d use birdshot for the reason of my kids in the home, but buckshot would be the next best thing, birdshot and less than 10 meters will still kill someone, beretta did all the testing with federal flight control double 00 buck they say it’s the most optimal shot with the choke installed that comes with the gun
I run same black aces tactical load. 1450 fps oo buck . 37 dollars per 25 loads. Hot stuff. Especially for break in. If you can set yourself u can unload 8 rounds faster than any semi auto. Sounds like a machine gun. Try it out. I got my /a300 just this morning

Ya it’s not cheap over 300 for both with shipping, but it is nice when you fire 50 rounds down range and not burn yourself, plus it look badass! Briley is going to be coming out with a handguard as well but that will be as expensive as the 1301 briley handguard which is I think 350$
I ordered it from beretta Italy site it took a few weeks but it finally showed up, it’s a part often out of stock, maybe due to the 1301 mod 2 now using them , I just looked on the beretta site and it shows out of stock, maybe do the notify me email thing and hope it comes into stock soon cause it is a very awesome addition to my patrol. Forgot to mention this was about a year ago when I bought the lifter
I use the 32 moa circle on the 507c not the 2 moa dot but it co witness very nice , I wear glasses and the rear ghost ring circle was bothering me so I cut the top of the circle off of the rear beretta sight, the half circle helps me aling with the front sight well, the GG&G rmr mount plate is designed to cowitness the 507 and I think they did a good job
@@Timcanniff311 I really like the stock iron sights on my A300 UP, but I'm putting a Holosun SCRS MRS on it (the 507c was my second choice). I wanted a 1/3 co-witness set-up, but I don't think that's going to be possible with the SCRS. It comes with a high picatinny mount more suited for an AR that's just too high for the A300UP. I bought a 3rd party lower mount that works pretty well that I think I'm going to be comfortable with.
@@markn4526 what might work with that sight is the mesa tactical Urbino stock with riser, it was just released on Monday for the 300, than the sight could be on the pic rail, and the riser on the stock will allow you to see through it, it is a pistol grip stock if you don’t mind those, I put a sig Romeo from my AR on the a300 and it was way to tall to use with the a300 stock

Hello dude, I bought gg&g zhukov handguard , it’s 1 page manual says it fits without any modifications both in 1301 and a300 patrol, but in my case when i installed the handguard it interfered with piston mechanism and the bolt would not lock back then i shaved where it touches with handguard and now the bolt locks back normally , have you ever experienced that while installing?

Yes heat shield is affective, you start blasting rounds down range the barrel heats up quick, I also like to use the C grip so I know I won’t burn myself with the shield on, I’ve been an Ithaca fan for a very long time now I got the police special that nickel plated 37 a 2013 defense gun and a stakeout

At some point I need to get my hands on a new slide tube assembly and have it refinished to match, because mine is actually cracked. Been a real shame, I haven't been able to properly enjoy it for a long time, and it getting it fixed got back burnered for a good while.

Well the case was 260$, the Ithaca shotgun was 1200$ when I bought it, the AR was around 1500$, the beretta semi auto with all the goodies I have on it was around 2000$, all the ammo I’d say would be about 100$, the 1911 was 500$ when I bought that, in my opinion priceless if you need something like this in a emergency, I got everything I need to protect my family, so over time I got about 5000$ into this setup of course you can get different guns cheaper than what I have in this video but the case is what brings it all together, I have a video on the case itself and what I did with it versus what it’s marketed for. You could buy a AR on the cheap end of the scale for 500-700$, a Remington 870 shotgun would cost 350-500 depending on if you buy one used or new, you could buy a Taurus pistol for 300$, rough estimate on those would be 1500-1700$ with guns and the case, it’s really what you want to spend and what type of firearm brands you like, sky’s the limit, I saw this case and was like that’s the case I need for a SHTF situation, and I bought it for when I retire and travel it’s the perfect case to hold guns you need a rifle, shotgun and pistol
Wouldn’t carry it , it would be in my truck, if SHTF it’s not a carry able item your right but in my truck it would be fine, ditch the case and take what guns I’d need

What model limbsaver butt stock? Don't see a model on their site for an A300.
In the drop down menu for the Urbino stock you can choose the stock with riser/no riser, or mesa tactical buttpad or limbsaver buttpad

No I don’t but it comes with detailed instructions on how to do it, it took me about 5 minutes to do
