100% would recommend! Makes it so nice to be able to let your truck vent on hot days. Around here, we get extremely heavy hit/miss monsoonal thunderstorms in the summer time. It is nice to be able to crack the windows and not have to worry when the rain picks up unexpectedly!

Just got the front ones, my truck only has the two airplane doors. Yours look sick!

Have you looked into Wellvisors? They're a bit bigger and gives you more air flow. I have them on my Tundra, they look great. I will email you a pic. Also, if you have tint, I believe those in-channel vents will eventually mess with it or scratch it.

    • @kccreations5945

Interesting I’ll have to check them out! I was trying to think through how it would mess with the tint since the tint is on the inside of the window and these are on the outside? Do you know how it affects it?

@@kccreations5945 it will eventually put scratches on it possibly peel it. I had those on my sienna. Didn't have tint, but it did leave scratches.

Those are dope. Though if your vehicle is constantly in +100° weather, its only a matter of time before that adhesive gives and the deflectors possibly go flying off at fwy speeds or have air gaps.

I have had the EGR equivalent in channel visors on my Tacoma for the last 15 years. Have zero issues with any scratching or damage to the tint as a result of the visors.

Your Tundra is TOUGH. I'd also like to add, its good to leave the windows up for at least 12 hours after install, so they fully seat properly. Can't wait to install these on mine. Thanks for the tutorial!

Thanks for sharing, I just got a set for my 2023 Tahoe RST. I haven't put them on, I wanted to ask about the color of the guard in your video they look almost purple in color. my truck is black on black and after watching your video I don't think they will look as good on my truck.

Hey! They are completely black in person! I see what you mean though. But they are for sure all black!

Looks great! Just to pick your brain since I have been thinking about doing these as well... what made you choose the weather tech over the ones on amazon that were 50 bucks cheaper for the set.

@KC Creations no worries I just wanted to know. I was looking at both the ones on amazon and weather tech and they have a pretty big price difference. I know weather tech is a much bigger name. Thank you very much for the insight.

@@davidv8229most amazon products are mainly from china, the material they consist of is sub-par and will fail much sooner that these.. these are german made and higher quality material and specs.
I got mine from a truck store, $108 bucks for the pair..

Thinking about getting these for my tundra. When the windows go up are you having any kind of funny sound, when the window hits the visor? Also, when rolling down the window, do those front ones move at all since they aren’t adhering to anything?

    • @kccreations5945

They don’t make any noises when going up and down but I have experienced a little wind noise on the front passenger side! But I still like them on!
