I grind the chia, hemp and flax altogether and put in my oatmeal. I also add just a little bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. Then I sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. There you have it. Delicious.
I put 4tbsps of hemp seeds in my oatmeal at night, I was mostly doing it for extra protein but as I get older my priorities change in terms of health. Not too worried about muscle building any more, more focused on longevity.
Love the hummus tip will definitely try! I put hemp seeds in my smoothie every day, sprinkle on salads as well. I also let chia seeds soak in my yogurt for about 10 mins and that seems to do the trick for my digestion:)
I love all these seeds and usually add them to my oatmeal. I am starting to rotate them so using singly per day to enjoy the benefits of them all but not overuse them in my system. 😊💕 I love sprinkling chia seeds on an avocado half with a squirt of lemon and pinch of good salt. Also I love sprinkling them on my salad. Chocolate avocado pudding with some chia seed is AMAZING! Thanks for this great video! Keep them coming. 😊😊😊
I ended up buying the package where they are all mixed together, I can’t wait to add them to my smoothies and oatmeal. Would you say using 3 tbs of the three mixed together would provide the same benefits or would using 2-3 tbs of one type per day be better?
Do you think it would be benificial to mix the three seeds together, then grind them. By doing this you get a little bit of everything, but still using the 2 to 3 table spoons per day.
I make fresh hemp milk with half TSP cold pressed coconut oil. This is the kind in a jar that becomes solid but melt upon touching your skin basically. -used strainer AND a cheese cloth ( or new ‘diaper’ cloth) Fiber cloth is nearly the same - near EXACT. Got large container and WHILE STIRRING, started with 1 TBSP of chia seeds..... -then depending on the amount of hemp milk liquid I add a half TSP until I let the seeds gel up. And when stirring you would know you’ve added enough when you notice the seeds (while Stirring) will move close to each other. In my case, I wanted to assist the thickening process & added about a half TSP rice flour. VERY minimal. -for me, I did microwave for 10-15 second just to get warm, as rice flour would need cooking. With this minimal amount of rice flour, I personally found that 10-15 seconds microwaved was enough. ******placed in fridge for about 20 min. Got my *** serving of Greek yogurt + about just over 1 tsp of ground flax About 2 kitchen spoons of the fresh chia pudding + Honey- my preference Additional note. Coconut oil is your MCT oil. Enjoy this free recipe!!!
Hemp seeds, me and my kid has been taking them for years! Actually the difference between your method, I dump them into bowl for 3-5 oz, more than that I have included flaxseed meal, Walnut, almond, wheat germ, oat meal, water and milk. I have prepared a photos for you which have no place to address......
I’ve been eating Chi, hemp, and flax seeds to my morning meal and drink green tea and ginger tea during the day for about 4 month. I lowered my A1C from 6.7 to 6.5 and can’t wait to see how my blood work comes in March.
What’s your favourite super seed?
Hello dama hermosa .un suscriptor +++

I use all three in my smoothies.

I mash up 1 or 2 bananas and sprinkle chia, hemp and flax powder into the bowl. Yum!
Trying the hemp seed for the very first time. Crunchy in my anti inflammatory smoothie! Nice addition. I will try it on my oatmeal next.

Love all the ways you are using these super seeds!!! Thanks for sharing!!
Flax seeds are the best and wow the only 2 things I did with hemp seeds was bananas dip and hummus
Very informative video thanks for making and sharing with us 🙏😊
Thank you for the info...
The way I use them is I make a chia puding and mix in both hemp and flax seeds 😃 I have this everyday for breakfast
Perfect!
Great info thanks
It was interesting to know the features of chia, flax, and hemp. I love all the seeds.

Yes! Feel free to choose your own adventure! 3 Tbsp total is perfect.
i put these 3 seeds with wheat germ on shredded carrots with olive oil
I actually add all three in a protein shake each day. I grind them before adding.
That's a great idea! Keep it up :)

I’m going to start adding one tbls each to my morning smoothie. I’m already doing the flax and Chia, but going to add the Hemp.
I know you have to grind flax seeds, but is it necessary to grind chia seeds as well?
I use a mortar & pestle and grind hemp seeds with salt, lemon juice, and thyme, and just eat it by itself.
Brilliant!!
Is it ok to mix both hemp seed and flax seed together in oil and use it for daily purpose, especially for hair?
It's definitely ok to mix the super seeds together, but I'm not sure of their connection to hair health - sorry!

Thanks for sharing Lesley!!
Walnut and almond are grounded to fine pieces.
Suposedly if we sprout them, it decreses some bad things in them and increases some good things in them.
I brought all three seeds in one bag is that ok ?
Yes!! Enjoy 😀
I never heard of having to grind chia seeds.
It would be amazing to mix all three together in a “chia pudding”
You could! Just make sure you have enough chia seeds to gel and form that pudding texture.
Cool cute

I grind my seeds in a coffee bean grinder and add them to my apple sauce
Those coffee bean grinders are amazing for seeds and spices 😀

Lectins?
Linda americana ..
I do most of these every single day. But I don’t do the flax seeds because of the hormone problems on a male body.
You are too cute ☺️ thanks for the info!
You are so welcome! 😀
Can hemp hearts cause federal drug test failure?
I think 6-7 years ago they used to, but I'm not sure where we are today...
@@FoodYourself right- I work in the Air Force and CBD/hemp oils are banned- I ate some hemp hearts not even thinking about this
