Walking foot will always leave marks because of downward pressure from pressure regulator. You will need to use a flat bottom foot to lessen the impact.

You will need to experiment with the tensions. Start by setting the bobbin tension at around 17 - 20 grams and just keep changing it till you get the result you are after.
Can you please show us how you tighten/loosen the bobbin? You did that bit off camera 😊

When you adjusted you bobbin tension, you did it outside of the frame so we couldn't see how you did it.
