Exactly what I was looking for to change mine (H5). Just a question if that's ok?
When pressing heel back on the foot pedal to lift the foot, sometimes not every time my machine will do a super fast and scary back and fore starting stitch.
It's very random so any advice very much appreciated.
Do you also have a video on the domestic settings you put on your machines at all please? Thank you once again for an invaluable video tutorial.

Your machine will do the end tack if you hadn't done it previously as it is programmed to do that. Sorry but we can't give you our settings as we no longer sell the JACK brand and I don't have the parameter list for the machines. They do change them occasionally as well.

    Again..Thank you for this video!
I’ve had my machine a year or two and love it!
    Wonderful info about changing needle
So does this machine use only industrial needles?
    What brand works best?
Thank you for any help you can give.
Looking for how to oil machine..

This machine (JACK H2) only uses industrial needles in system DPx17 and DPx16. DPx16 is leather tip and DPx17 is universal. We have done a video on oiling the "H" series machines.

Impressed, no needle threader. What thickness was the leather?

Hey, lately my machine skips stitches, I've checked timing and needle bar height, needle and thread and still makes a random skip which is confusing me, would appreciate a suggestion where to look at, cheers

      Hi Alexander.
These are the factors I would look at.
A new good quality needle inserted and orientated correctly.
Needle bar height and hook timing is correct.
Needle to hook point is as close as possible without touching, and hook point is smooth without burrs.

My machine jack h2 doesn't work when i put needle 21/130
It's work only with needle 23/160
What should I do please can you answer me

    • @ozcommercialsewingmachines
      @ozcommercialsewingmachines  7 месяцев назад +1

Hi. Your machine should work with any needle size so long as the needle is DPx16 for leather or DPx17 for all other uses. If it is not working with a smaller needle I suggest the is something else wrong.

@@ozcommercialsewingmachines thank you so much. I found that my needle 21/130 is DP×5 that reason it's not deep enough thanks again ❤️
