Thank you for this and your other tutorials! I'm using this mixer for live gigs with two vocalists with one also playing acoustic guitar and the other playing fiddle, four mono-inputs total. The main Stereo Out goes to a Peavey XR-560 Powered Mixer that drives a pair of Peavey 112TLS passive speakers. And I send a shared monitor mix out of Aux1 to a Yamaha DBR 12 powered monitor on stage. But I've made a few mistakes setting up the monitor mix and wanted to share. While the Channel Aux1 knobs are switched to Pre-Fader and the Aux1 Send Master is independent, in order to get FX routed to the FX Block Aux1 Pre knob, the post-fader Channel Aux2/FX knobs have to be set, the Channels On and their Faders set. In other words, there has to be signal going the FX Block via the Channel Aux2/FX knobs before there's any FX Aux1 Pre to mix into Aux1. That may be obvious to more experienced users, but for a time I didn't understand why I couldn't get any FX to Aux1.
Brilliant tutorial! Made me purchased the mixer through my local online store. Just had a couple of days learning it with this channel and was really in-depth compared to the manual. Thank you very much for this educational video. More power to your channel!

Excellent lesson. Thank you. I would appreciate also a part three where a recording from an instrument using a DAW and the mixer would be demonstrated.
Sir. Your explanations are fantastic. Clear. Concise. I applaud you and I thank you for your time. I have learned more on these first two videos about my mixer that I have from any other source
hello. Very helpful video. Yamaha should pay you, or at least feature your 2-part video series on their site, as you speak very concisely and it’s easy to follow along. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.
100% detailed best tutorial ❤Very thankful Sir since I'm newly operating MG16XU at church i have learned every knobs effects from you., appreciate it❤i would still love to learn how to operate DYNACORD L1800FD and church sound system setup if that's possible.
Hello from India 🇮🇳!!😇 I would request you to please make more videos...atleast once or twice a month... I see that it's been a year since you post a video with regards to sound. Thank you🙏❤️
This tutorial was phenomenal and I learned a lot, as our church bought this mixer a year ago and we love it. Seeing this video helped me understand why we are having audio looping issues when we try to stream and record music played back via a laptop. Does anyone have a good workaround so we can play music with one laptop and stream/record with another using this mixer?
Very simple: on the playback laptop, connect it to one of the stereo line level inputs and route it to the main LR output in the normal manner. On the recording laptop, connect it to the USB input/output, and make sure that the USB input channel (11/12) on the mixer is switched OFF and/or the channel fader is all the way down. This will prevent the looping issue you describe above.
@@GLBProductions I will follow this advice this evening and see how it goes, but I am so appreciative of the quick response, that I have watched part one, and will eventually watch all three parts of the MG20XU series, and subscribed to your RUclips channel. Bless you sir!
Thanks very much for this tutorial! After viewing this, I feel a bit embarrassed because I had used a totally wrong configuration of my Music Studio. This has resulted in a loss of audio quality due to signal leaks. I'm using an external Synthesizer in combination with Cubase to write compositions. Due to my incompetence it appears I've been mixing and adjusting my pieces very poorly. Luckily, I found your channel and clear explanation of the MG10 (in my case). Thanks again and I'm looking forward to produce my work with better audio quality.
Hi Bruno! I'm avid subscriber of yours, really enjoying your tutorials, they are very eloquent and informative. -- I have a Drum setup that includes 12+- microphones connected to a Focusrite 18i20 Plus Focusrite OctoPre MkII. (16 XLR) My drumset is a Pearl VBX Birch 2011. (DW 5.5" x 14" maple collectors snare added later) My microphones are: 1x Audio-Technica ATM350D for the snare 5x Audio-Technica Pro35 for the toms 1x RODE NT4 for overheads (stereo mic) 2x Audio-Technica MB4 Condenser Cardioid (side mics) 1x Audio Technica mb 6k for in-side kick 1x Shure SM57 for outer kick. 1x Roland SPD-SX (optional, 2 XLR) (not connected) 1x optional SM57 as a hi-hat mic (not connected) The recorded kit sounds good to my ears even with no mixing/effects applied to it in post but I'm lacking the knowledge on how to mix my drums in my DAW...More specifically how to use my plugins, (Compressor, Reverb, EQ, Mastering) Which plugins are used for snare, with which order and such. It would be (AWESOME!!!!!) nice if you consider a tutorial(s) on mixing drums, mix placements and all the info you can throw at us about mixing drums. I've made a little video describing the current sound I'm getting with my drums setup, please take a listen ruclips.net/video/uQ8yJwUDQtY/видео.html Thank you Sir. - Drumvisio
Hello Ofer! Thank you for the comment and thank you for taking the time to make the video. I agree with you that your drums sound great. As I have mentioned in several of my videos, I'm not a recording engineer and would never pretend to be one 😄 All of my professional experience is in live sound, where the approach to mixing drums tends to be somewhat simplified, due to the number of channels available and the fact that the acoustic sound from the drumkit contributes very significantly to our mix decisions. Likewise, the use of effects and other types of processing is much more limited than in the studio. I suggest that you seek out a recording engineer - they will be much better placed to advise you on this topic. All the best with your music 😊
@@GLBProductions Thank you very much Bruno, If there was one person I could listen to explaining just about anything,... it was you. You're perfect teacher and a great friend. Thanks!
Thank you sooooo much! Im an amateur dj, and I just got this and wanted to learn how I could use it in other ways, and this has made my lie 10 times easier!
I had to watch the section on the gain structure for channels 5/6 twice to make sense of it. It does make sense but I don't use this function enough to have a feel for it. That is why I like your videos, the information is there but one might need to watch it more than once. (This is more about my own lack of experience with mixers than any issues with the video).
@@GLBProductions thank u too. By the way if u can spare me few minutes. Suppose I want to buy a mixer to be used in a high school for small concerts and stuff. Should I go with the 12/16/20 channel?
It depends - you need to do an analysis of your current and future needs and work out which is best. More channels is more flexible, but the mixer gets bigger and heavier. Look at your current (pre-pandemic) gigs and see how many channels you used on average and then add at least 50% for future expansion.
Hi. I have a feeling that there are many owners of the Yamaha MG 12 to 20 series mixers who would also be interested in how to connect their outboard/external modules (Compressors, multi effects etc.) to either a single channel or chain of channels including stereo due to the fact that the Yamaha has no insert points. Therefore, I would be very grateful (others too) if you could possibly make a RUclips video on this subject. Again thanks for the great work you do. With kind regards Peter
Thank you so much for explaining in great details. I am struggling to understand the manual, and your videos help me to have a better understanding of what each port is for. Cheers!
Thank You for this tutorial! I decided to bye this mixer after watching Your videos. Somewhere, I do not remember exactly where you were talking about connectivity between Yamaha and Windows computer. I have two different Windows 10 computers and both gave me a problem - from time to time I have heard noise on USB channel. Problem is solved by downloading and installing Yamaha-Steinberg MG series driver from Yamaha.com site. And thank You mutch for this video. It is great to study smth. new such easily.
wonderful again.. . pl make detailed video reg usb low sound issue of yamaha mg10xu with a live demonstration... it will help lot many people.. regards n thx 🌹🌹🌹
Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial. I learned a lot on how to use this mixer properly. I have been a big fan of Yamaha mixer and this tutorial furthered my knowledge using all the features of this mixer. I just want to ask about the live stage monitor for I did not understand well. You mentioned the monitor output is not intend to be used for stage monitor, so where do I connect the live stage monitor and which knob will control the volume? Thank you again and more power to your site!
Dear GLB Productions, Thank you for an excellent product review of this range of products. Very informative, comprehensiveI, and clearly explained. I recently purchased a MG12XU mixer for use with my DAW and as backup for gigs and found your videos while searching for solution/information on an issue I'm having during USB playback while recording. There seems to be some sort of "crosstalk" between tracks where the backing track(s) are bleeding into the newly recorded track as unwanted background noise. It is not distorted but just very faint. This problem seems quite illogical that this issue is occurring in a device designed for this purpose. In an effort to identify where the problem was I plugged in my old Alesis io|2 2 channel mixer that the MG12XU was to replace and the "bleed" does not occur so I am confident it is the MG12XU that is the problem here. I could use my old Alesis device but it has other issues including a dead channel hence the MG12XU purchase. Regards, Peter
Thanks Peter, glad the videos have been helpful. On your issue - easiest way to determine the source of the problem is to transfer your setup to another MG12XU. If the problem goes away you know there's a fault with your particular mixer.
@@GLBProductions Thank you but unfortunately I don’t have access to a 2nd MG12XU. I’ve just lodged a request for assistance with Yamaha and am awaiting their reply. I hope it can be resolved easily. Cheers.
Dear GLB, Fortunately it was the "nut behind the wheel syndrome" i.e. me and not the mixer. Yamaha support were also most helpful and provided the following resolution: "The MG12XU sends the main stereo L+R bus to the computer via USB so to avoid a loop back you want to set the USB In channel (11/12) to go to Group (1-2) but not to Stereo (ST Button Out). Next set the Group ST button to out position (no sending to Stereo). Lastly Set the Monitor Phones source to Group. This way your mics/instruments can go through the main Stereo bus to your DAW but the signal from your DAW back to you MG12 will go to your Group and then to Phones" Onwards!
Everything great 🤗🤗 But ...wich output must to be used for stage monitoring. You said only for studio monitoring . Thank you very much for explanation.
Thank you. This is EXTREMELY helpful. I noticed that you said that the usb is a copy of the main output. I am just wondering how I can record vocals over the mix.
Excellent explanation. U r more than thorough in your approach. Thank you so much for doing this. I am subscribed to your channel. Do U have a video that could explain the difference betten stereo and mono ? Like I mean to say..... what is the advantage of stereo over mono or vice versa or if one is better than the other and in what situation do we use mono vs. stereo. All I know is ..... if I have a stereo channel, I can send two different signals to 2 different channels. Meaning ... I can send a guitar signal to right amd drums to left and keep the singer on both ...... I am sure..... u know a lot more than I do. Plz. if u already have a video on this, please share the link or if u can make one..... it will be very useful. Thanks. Keep up the good work. U r doing fantastic. Nothing less than a community service. 🙏
Hi, Thank you so much for the tutorials. Your Part 3 tutorial is using the MG20XU. I wanted to learn how to set effects for singing using MG12XU. Do you have a tutorial on that pls.? Tnx
Hello Balwinder, there is no part 3 in the tutorial series for this particular mixer 😉 Setting effects for singing is very much a matter of taste and musical style. I suggest starting with one of the reverbs (FX 1-7) and adding that via the FX RTN fader until it sound unnatural to you. Then reduce the level slightly and experiment from there. There are really no hard and fast rules for this 😄
If you could make a comparison between the MGP model and the MG XU that video applies now, I would be very happy. Is MGP so much better as it is also more expensive? It is always a pleasant and impressive experience to hear you explain things.
Thanks for the suggestion. The MGP series have many features that are not found on the MG series - dual FX engines, semi-parametric midrange, ducking and stereo image function on the stereo inputs etc. So yes you do get more for your money 😉
@@GLBProductions Thank you our great and knowledgeable hero. That you are kind with guiding us with tips is a gold mine. There is so much to choose from, no garbage but no wealth. Bang fore the buck, is something good, I guess? Every now and then you can come across a used MGP for half the new price. If it's good, only you know.
Buying used is a good option with sound equipment, but you do have to check the equipment very carefully, which can take a lot of time on a mixer, where you need to check every single knob, switch and fader if you want to be confident of your purchase 😅
Thank you for a wonderful demonstration and educarional content over your videos. It has helped me understand every aspect about this board and I assume you can take take this knowledge and apply it over various other boards too. Big thanks.
You're welcome James, very glad the videos were helpful. The general principles are applicable to all analog mixers but some controls will be specific to certain mixers and will need to be learnt individually.
Hello, thanks again for your wonderful video, very instructive ! I am a drummer & personally use this same mixer so I have some questions : -1) What is the best system & connecting for receiving a click + sequencer from a main mixer, without sending it, of course, in my main Stereo Output, but in my personnal ear monitor ? - 2) Which line do I have to use, the two SEND (Aux 1 & 2) or the two GROUP OUT ? -3) Which connecting to use, balanced or unbalanced ? - 4) How to proceed exactly ? Thanks again for your helpful answer, musically, Emilio L. (France).
Hello, thank you so much for a such a detail video. I hope you're still checking and replying to comments on this video. I have a question regarding how to connect an external FX/EQ to the board. I want to use an EQ to control the feedback from the Mic. Can you please do a video or provide a diagram/instruction on how to connect the EQ to the board? Thank you very much in advance.
You're welcome! This mixer has no insert points, so the EQ would need to be connected between the mixer and your amplifier/powered speakers. See this video here: ruclips.net/video/RLf8jXGtF8w/видео.html
Wonderful and informative video as always. After watching this I'm starting to question my decision to get the MG10XUF last weekend instead of this one.
@@GLBProductions I agree, but I'm finding the lack Aux outs of the MG10XUF is rather limiting. They would make using stage monitors a lot easier. I do have another 173 days to make that decision to get full credit towards making that switch tho so I'm not in a major hurry.
@@GLBProductions I would barely notice the minimal size and weight difference between the two. Now if we were talking about the MG16XU that would be another thing altogether. I'm that guy who carries around a Thinkpad T530 with the extended battery because I want the larger screen size.
I was eagerly waiting for the part-two video and thanks for uploading it. We use this USB mixer for Online Zoom concerts. I understand that there is no dedicated knob or fader to control the sound level for the Mix when sending it through USB. When we do soundcheck, we are often asked to increase the gain and fader level to reach a good sound level through Zoom, although the meter on the mixer often shows red lights and we almost clip. Our input setting in the Zoom for the mixer is almost maxed. I have two questions. Question 1. “Is there a way to increase the sound level via USB with a proper gain setting without reaching a clipping stage?” Q2. “if we use Aux2 to create a separate mix, the knobs for Aux 2 are also for FX, so how to create a separate mix for Aux 2, without altering the effects?” I will appreciate I receive a response. Thanks for the wonderful education you are offering, learned a lot.
Q1: Hello Dilip, this is not a good situation: your responsibility as a performer is to ensure that distortion-free audio with a good signal to noise ratio is input to the streaming program. Final volume is NOT your responsibility and you should not be compromising your own audio quality in order to achieve that. It's very much like watching TV - if the sound is not loud enough, the viewer should raise the volume on their TV set, not ask the broadcaster to make their programs louder! I suggest you communicate this clearly and firmly to your viewers. Q2: It is not possible to do this - as I say in the video, the knobs are shared. This is one of the significant design compromises of this mixer.
What a great tutorial I have ever watched Mr. Bruno. Thank you so much. I would like to connect my Lexicon 400 to this mixer but having hard time. I connected the inputs of the Lexicon to Aux1 and Aux2 of the mixer. However, I don’t know where to connect the outputs of the Lexicon to the mixer because it doesn’t have Stereo Return. Please help. 🙏.
Hi Chung, I suggest you watch my tutorial on this subject: ruclips.net/video/GoIiofqEIyU/видео.html You don't need a stereo return - you can use any stereo channel or even two mono channels as FX returns :)
This was really helpful. I am still confused as to how to get full STAGE monitors using the aux outputs. Seems I only have the use of aux 1. Can you please explain? Thanks a million!
What a very comprehensive tutorial! I would just like to know, would the USB interface produce feedback if I use this mixer for a conference app, say, Cisco WebEx? I am concerned that the audio from other members would loop through my own speakers back into microphones that are on input to the mixer. Cheers! Edit: I apologize if this has been discussed. I might have zoned out while it is on.
Hi Lyndon - it depends on which app you use. Some are able to deal with this problem via their echo-cancellation feature. Otherwise you need to use headphones to monitor the audio coming in from the USB connection.
Thanks for watching John. The main benefit to using 1/4" connectors would be the robustness of the connector - RCA connectors are rarely used in pro audio as they tend to fall apart when subjected to heavy use. I cannot see any sonic benefit in this particular case.

You're welcome, always good to know the full capabilities of your tools :)
Excellent lesson. Thank you. I would appreciate also a part three where a recording from an instrument using a DAW and the mixer would be demonstrated.
Thanks Chrissostomos for the suggestion.
That would be very helpful! By the way, excellent video, helped a lot!
Sir. Your explanations are fantastic. Clear. Concise. I applaud you and I thank you for your time. I have learned more on these first two videos about my mixer that I have from any other source
Many thanks Julian, very glad the videos were helpful!
Awesome instruction. I just purchased this model last week and now getting it hooked up. Very helpful, thanks!
You're welcome Jim, glad the video was helpful :)
hello. Very helpful video. Yamaha should pay you, or at least feature your 2-part video series on their site, as you speak very concisely and it’s easy to follow along. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.
Thanks Rob, very glad the video was helpful 😊
100% detailed best tutorial ❤Very thankful Sir since I'm newly operating MG16XU at church i have learned every knobs effects from you., appreciate it❤i would still love to learn how to operate DYNACORD L1800FD and church sound system setup if that's possible.
Thanks for watching, and thanks for the suggestions :)
Out of all the tutorials, this by far was the best!!! Thank you!!
You're welcome Barry!
Hello from India 🇮🇳!!😇 I would request you to please make more videos...atleast once or twice a month... I see that it's been a year since you post a video with regards to sound. Thank you🙏❤️
Thanks for the support, I will do my best.
Learned a LOT from your videos over the last few years Bruno, cheers
You're most welcome Pat!
I wish you make a Tutorial of connecting a Feedback Destroyer to the MG12XU. In particular way of using Headphones at the MG12XU.
Great Video !!!
Thanks for the suggestion!
You're welcome Ed, all the best with your music!
Hi Bruno!
I'm avid subscriber of yours, really enjoying your tutorials, they are very eloquent and informative.
-- I have a Drum setup that includes 12+- microphones connected to a Focusrite 18i20 Plus Focusrite OctoPre MkII. (16 XLR)
My drumset is a Pearl VBX Birch 2011. (DW 5.5" x 14" maple collectors snare added later)
My microphones are:
1x Audio-Technica ATM350D for the snare
5x Audio-Technica Pro35 for the toms
1x RODE NT4 for overheads (stereo mic)
2x Audio-Technica MB4 Condenser Cardioid (side mics)
1x Audio Technica mb 6k for in-side kick
1x Shure SM57 for outer kick.
1x Roland SPD-SX (optional, 2 XLR) (not connected)
1x optional SM57 as a hi-hat mic (not connected)
The recorded kit sounds good to my ears even with no mixing/effects applied to it in post but I'm lacking the knowledge on how to mix my drums in my DAW...More specifically how to use my plugins, (Compressor, Reverb, EQ, Mastering) Which plugins are used for snare, with which order and such.
It would be (AWESOME!!!!!) nice if you consider a tutorial(s) on mixing drums, mix placements and all the info you can throw at us about mixing drums.
I've made a little video describing the current sound I'm getting with my drums setup, please take a listen ruclips.net/video/uQ8yJwUDQtY/видео.html
Thank you Sir.

Thanks!
You're most welcome 😊
You're explanation is superb and so thorough👌! I've learnt so much from your excellent tutorial. Thank you so much!
Great to hear that!
These tutorials are really amazing, especially for beginners! I've learnt a lot. Could you also do tutorials for the Yamaha MGP24X? Thank you!
Thanks for watching Naveen, and thanks for the suggestion!
Great lesson mate, Ive just ordered one of the for my small home studio, after your videos I cant wait to get my hands on it . thanks
That's great, enjoy the mixer!
Thank you sooooo much! Im an amateur dj, and I just got this and wanted to learn how I could use it in other ways, and this has made my lie 10 times easier!
Great to hear that, thanks for watching :)
Yeah the difference is that on 5/6 and 7/8 the pad is built into the 1/4" inputs rather than there being a separate pad switch for the combo input.
Holy phenomenal explanation of the MG12XU! Thank you so much!
You're most welcome.
Wow! Great tutorial. Thanks so much for your articulate and well paced tutorial. I will definitely watch your other ones also.
Thanks for watching Walt!
This channel is so underrated. Excellent video
Thanks for watching, appreciate the support 😊
@@GLBProductions thank u too. By the way if u can spare me few minutes. Suppose I want to buy a mixer to be used in a high school for small concerts and stuff. Should I go with the 12/16/20 channel?
It depends - you need to do an analysis of your current and future needs and work out which is best. More channels is more flexible, but the mixer gets bigger and heavier. Look at your current (pre-pandemic) gigs and see how many channels you used on average and then add at least 50% for future expansion.
@@GLBProductions Ive never thought of the 50% slot for future expansion. Now the 16 make sense. Thanks again.
Yes - especially at this frame size the channels get used up fast when doing concerts so you need to allow for room to grow.
Thx for doing this comprehensive overview of this mixer. You are the best here on You tube. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Crispa, appreciate the support!
With kind regards
Peter
Thanks for the suggestion Peter :)
Your tutorials are very detailed and informative. Thanks!
You're welcome and thanks for watching 😄
Thank you so much for explaining in great details. I am struggling to understand the manual, and your videos help me to have a better understanding of what each port is for. Cheers!
You're welcome, it's often easier to follow a video tutorial than a printed document.
Great tutorial! Many thanks for explaining each and every single elements in the mixer 👏🏻
You're welcome Justin.
Good point Mikhail - it is always best to use the manufacturer's USB drivers to ensure a problem-free connection. Thanks for watching!
@@patookyariii17 No! I do like. Really do. The only problem I have is p&p drivers compatibility, but there is original driver at yamaha.com

Thank you, Sir Bruno, I learned a lot in this video. Another perfect lesson.
You're most welcome.
You're welcome Pat :) For stage monitors use aux 1 (blue knobs) in pre-fader mode (button pushed in) 😊
@GLBProductions Great to know. I really appreciate ur time answering my question. Thanks again!
You're welcome Pat!
Excellent Video. Don't get better than this
Dear GLB Productions,
Thank you for an excellent product review of this range of products.
Cheers.
Dear GLB,
Fortunately it was the "nut behind the wheel syndrome" i.e. me and not the mixer. Yamaha support were also most helpful and provided the following resolution:
"The MG12XU sends the main stereo L+R bus to the computer via USB so to avoid a loop back you want to set the USB In channel (11/12) to go to Group (1-2) but not to Stereo (ST Button Out). Next set the Group ST button to out position (no sending to Stereo). Lastly Set the Monitor Phones source to Group. This way your mics/instruments can go through the main Stereo bus to your DAW but the signal from your DAW back to you MG12 will go to your Group and then to Phones"
Onwards!
@@petercheney8350 I was having the same issues. So so frustrating 😔 Thanks a million! 😊

Thank you. This is EXTREMELY helpful. I noticed that you said that the usb is a copy of the main output. I am just wondering how I can record vocals over the mix.
You're welcome Ian, glad the video was helpful!
Thanks very much for watching and supporting the channel 😊 On stereo vs. mono, have a look at this video: ruclips.net/video/eSsCPuARRFU/видео.html

You're welcome Antonio.
There are really no hard and fast rules for this 😄
Absolutely phenomenal video! Thank you!
You're welcome Greg, thanks for watching 😄
Thanx for the great narrating and a good tutorial.
You're welcome Delroy.
Sir if we can have some tutorials on Ultradrive crossovers and analog graphic equalizers. Much needed.
Thanks for the suggestion 😊
(France).
Great videos! So where do I plug in my passive sub’s?/powered sub’s?
There are no standard answers to these questions, it depends on how your system is configured and where your system crossover is located.
Oh no, don't do that 😅 Remember that there is no perfect mixer - they are all just tools that help us to get our audio jobs done.
@@GLBProductions I agree, but I'm finding the lack Aux outs of the MG10XUF is rather limiting. They would make using stage monitors a lot easier. I do have another 173 days to make that decision to get full credit towards making that switch tho so I'm not in a major hurry.
If you can afford the space and weight this is definitely a more capable mixer than the MG10XUF.
@@GLBProductions That's what I'm thinking. Thanks.
Superb explanation. Learned a lot.
Thanks for watching Vichoo!
Thank you for your quick response. I will watch and try it.
I got it after watching your tutorial. Everything works good now. Thank s again Mr. Bruno. You a a great teacher👍!
Excellent news! All the best with your music :)
This was really helpful. I am still confused as to how to get full STAGE monitors using the aux outputs. Seems I only have the use of aux 1. Can you please explain? Thanks a million!
Hello Jim, could you please say more about what you mean by 'full stage monitors' thank you.
Very clear presentation, can you please do this to the mackie proFXv3.
Excellent tutorial sir
Thanks for watching!
@@GLBProductions thank you so much! Greetings from the Philippines.
Your tutorial is so comprehensive and helpful. Thank you. One question: on channel 9/10 is there any benefit to 1/4 inch stereo inputs over RCA?
Thanks for watching John. The main benefit to using 1/4" connectors would be the robustness of the connector - RCA connectors are rarely used in pro audio as they tend to fall apart when subjected to heavy use. I cannot see any sonic benefit in this particular case.
Very detailed explanation. I have a question though. how do I connect a Lexicon MX200 external sound processor ? Thanks.
You would need to use Aux 2, with your MX200 replacing the internal FX unit. You would then return into one of the stereo channels.
@@GLBProductions Thank you. You're the best.
Good explanation sir. I like your explanation sir. Thank you
