Thank you for all of the workouts you and your mom share. I have chronic pain and issues with my neck and shoulders and I've struggled to find exercises that I can do without causing me to be in pain for several days and unable to workout. Based on how I feel each day I know I can pick and choose from your exercises to find the perfect ones for me that day. I also love knowing that I only have to "make it" through 5 or 10 minutes of exercise but I can also go longer on those days that I feel energized. I have so much more energy now that I'm working out with y'all each morning whether its doing the walking workouts or just the warm up or cool down stretches. I keep walking but I can't seem to find your mom's hot dog stand. Maybe I need to go in a different direction ;)

I've been following your *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* this week and building my own workouts around your recommendations. Today was Day 4 for me, focusing on Lower Body strength. I started out with this quickie and added a few more short lower body workouts, including your "10-minute Leg Workout for Seniors and Beginners" (from July 2020), another 10-minute workout, which focused on the thighs, and your brand new "Stronger Hips in 10 Minutes: Workout for Seniors Over 50." I followed it up with a ramped-up version of your recent 10-minute New Year Walking Workout for the cardio. Feeling good and looking forward to Day 5! 🙂 (Jan. 24, 2024)
