yeah they really are and let me tell you this food was 100x better than I was even expected....never had anything like it....better than any raw or cooked food I have ever had!! she is very talented.

I use sundried tomatoes in olive oil, and garlic powder (vs raw garlic) to give my raw marinara a "cooked" flavor. It really works!

i don’t think written recipe is needed here but maybe for the cheese if you could ~ just soaking i understand washing moss first right ? and half almonds or so plus spices ? that’s id do probably hearing that but not sure :)

Dehydrating tomatoes is the best, I do it every tomato season. They are even better than sun dried at the store. This year I grew and dehydrated black cherry and sun gold.

@@Phoenixrises89 Yes, just cut the tomato in half, set on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 110F to 115F until dry or pliable, whichever you prefer.

plannig ahead is hard. But I make marina in my blender and quik w tomatoes lots of garlic and water to consistency. I dont have to depend on the hydrator . Fresh oregano , basil and fennel

I thought bulk was cheaper but at times ive found packaged to be cheaper. I do prefer bulk as its better for environment. Our farmers markets here dont give discounts . And unfortunetly ones in my area dont sell organic

Her book is beautiful. It came in a box with tissue paper, just felt thoughtful. I like her. I am not raw but I love her ideas. And she seems to be again backwards.

@@GillianBerry Yes, sea moss Is a staple for me and have discovered amazing ways to include it in dishes. However, I go as low as possible on nuts due to the fat content. However, will give this a try😎❤️

Raw food is way more work because it takes days to make a gourmet meal like this. Eating an apple is easy, smoothies and all of that are easy, but this does take work.

I have one bamboo plate. I can not ever buy any more. I found mine had mold on ot. I live in Hawaui and its very damp and humid hete. Way to rainy. Everything molds here
