So I came home and had some brownrice with a Gaz-inspired yammy chilli beanstew with added sauerkraut into it... 😅😭😂 bc as a Hungarian, some of us, we eat and cook sauerkraut on a daily basis.... So today I have just failed my routine! But you are so sweet trying to encourage me! 💓😊🙏I will have to try harder to keep my fasting routine! 😉😹

What I like most about your cooking is that besides the lovely yummy vegan dishes 😋 your plating is so earthy, simple, and rustic. It's like Harry Potter cooking magical potions in old grannies pot and getting to serve your magical potions in bowls which have those old age magic in them, in far away land from flashy, high end, expensive utensils and modern kitchens. This feels closer to our hearts and tummy 😊❤
I made the Mushroom Garlic Leek Potato Pie. I used cornstarch instead of flour to make it gluten free and used coco cream as did not have the oat cream. I was short on potatoes so did a mash on top with potatoes and sweet potatoes. It turned out amazing and my husband had seconds. Thanks for the recipe.
I like the new kitchen (a little "Hobbit-esque"), and the step up in professionalism. I also like the choice to add credit at the end. The dishes look terrific-I'll be trying them!

Hi Gaz, I am not vegan but I liked the look of your mushroom, leek and potato pie so I made it tonight with a few adaptations. The leeks were grown on my allotment last year and then frozen, the garlic was from this year’s harvest and the potatoes were “Charlotte”, grown in 30 litre containers, not no dig - I will try that next year. I added half a red pepper and runner beans from my garden (strung and cut into smaller pieces. I did not have the milk so I added some yogurt. The result was delicious and I will certainly make this again, thank you.
Gaz, thank you. Just made two of your dishes (pasta and chilli) with some modifications. In chili, jack fruit (not available) was replaced with soy cubes. Fennel is not my vegetable, so I added more onions to the pasta. The children ate the pasta with pleasure. It has a delicate unusual taste. My husband and I fell in love with chilli! If you are planning to have guests, then this chilli is a great option. Definitely in the recipe box. PS: the work of the operator deserves special praise)

Great use of seaweed for that ocean flavour! I'm also a huge fan of peanut butter chili and always use cacao powder or dark chocolate.. can't wait to try with coffee as well. These are outstanding one pot meals. Thank you!
