I've been suffering severe back pains for 2 years now. Tried physiotherapist after another but didn't get relief. Heat therapy, electro therapy, deep tissue massage, stretching, all without success. I realized just recently that the culprits behind the back pains were the chest muscles. I've used these exercises for close to a month now and I'm making huge milestones. From the bottom of my heart, thanks😊

the tennis ball exercises really hit the spot.. the middle area of my chest has been so tight and in pain for so many years likely from constantly sitting so much every day and not staying consistent in sitting upright. if doing yoga daily for 6 months can't get it out that good then i guess a light stretch and tennis ball can in 3 minutes?? lol. i really have to get those few tennis ball exercises into my routine at minimum twice a day because man do i feel good right now. i think after a week of doing these exercises I'll start to feel motivated to get back into lifting again too because now i have a good fix for my chest pain that made me quit to begin with. thank you very much and subscribed of course :)

Noticed a bit of symmetrical issue when developing the chest from my number of years in the gym. Every once in a while I would hang from a pull up and feel the stretch intensify on the chest muscle by a lot. Thank you sir as ill apply these tips too!

Went to ER on 10/11/23 with the worst pain ever and unable to catch my breath .
Had rolled over around 1am and my sternum popped sending radiating pain through my chest.
    EKG normal no heart issue.
DX Costa chondritis with no real solution.
    Advil Motrin Tylenol did little.
Started icing and the right side muscle cease finally let go.
But the sternum pain is still there and depending on how I move, ceases.
UGH! I’m going to try these.
The back pod had not helped.
Wish I lived in your area so I could come see you!
Need to find a doctor like you in the Los Angeles area.

My question is that why does it happen again . Almost everyday the same thing would happen and I would stretch a bit and the pain is released .why doesn't the the rib gets back to its place permanently .Is it because of my lifestyle? .I am a student preparing for a competitive exam .I have to sit at one place for long hours(more than 10) to study . I've been dealing with nerve neck impingment for over 10 years, always flaring up starting at my back at the scapula, but it was everywhere in my upper body. always thought it was scapular winging, but it just seems that was not the main culprit this whole time. today I googled pec muscle neck pain, spinehealth was the first result and then I googled chest muscle tightness and now im here, my problem of over 10 years was fixed.. I was never really taught the importance of stretching your chest from weightlifting, or just talked about period. I had to quit many jobs and stop playing sports because of chest tightness. regardless if theres other videos out there showing the same ones. This just saved my life, I can sleep on my back again. I can feel more bloodflow to my head with all that tightness gone. hurts pretty bad from the stretching but its probably imflammated from never have been stretched. But im relieved, thank you. I dont think I need to visit massage therapist now that i can manage this on my own with simple stretching. rant over

I've been in pain for awhile now, it's gotten real bad lately, it comes from lifting an ATV basically by myself, and loading it unto a truck, freakin' thing weighed like 700, 800lbs. I went to the VA doctor and they said I had either Costochondritis or frozen shoulder. Anyway today I couldn't stand the pain, and actually cried from the pain being so bad. I tried exercise #1. I can't really bring my left arm all the way back over my head, hurts like hell. But I tried doing this exercise and I feel a whole lot better. Thanks and will be checking out your other videos.

If i may ask for something in particular, as i find out a lot of people have issue with, is this : Right between the shoulderblade and the spine, I would say 2 inches underneath the trapezium muscle's midpoint, right where it attaches to the spine, there is a point which has a sharp pain like a knifestab. Sometimes it feels numb as well. I believe its a muscle issue. Is there a way to relief and make that part stronger?

Will these help with a pulling pec causing shoulder tightness and dorsal pain? My pec pulls so hard it rotates my left side completely forward

  • @mickbrown815
    @mickbrown815 3 года назад

Omg but what causes this? I had inguinal left hernia surgery on 08/13/2021. During my healing process I was finally able sleep on the left side when I noticed the tightness and pain started about 2-3 weeks ago. I did go see my surgeon on my last follow up last week and he said it was just my muscles but he didn’t seem concerned but I’m still having that tender pain on my left pec to the right of my nipple. About 2-3 fingers size. Now I have been stretching during this time but it doesn’t seem to help. Except massaging it but it’s still tender. To play it safe I will be going to my doctor to see if I can get an X-ray . But like I said what would cause that to happen?
