    I have Ataxia too. Since I was a baby,
    I fell as much as I walked. I was clumsy
    n tripped over so many things, many

    That massage technique gave relief instantly. I was under the assumption it's some pec tear. These videos are a god send.

    You guys are the best. I've had that issue and didn't know what to do. I did nothing and it eventually fixed itself in time. I decrease the amount t of weight I was using, until it got better.

    I literally just had the same injury two weeks ago. I didn't hurt myself lifting but by being careless afterwards. Your videos were very helpful as usual.

    Ive been looking at all your videos and thankful I came across this one. I was in a car accident in the beginning of the year and now have been dealing with pains when I work out. Right now I’ve been dealing with my pectoral muscle being pulled almost like a spasm towards my under arm. I’ve been getting massage therapy but it keeps coming back.

    Bob! I was thrilled to hear your using such beautiful pronunciation of “repertoire,” near the end of the video! Do you know how many of my really super-nice friends can’t even begin pronouncing that word? They often use, “repertory.” But it doesn’t work in the sentence, “Add it to your repertoire.” 😂I’m a singer, almost in operas, but injured in 1980 and have Occipital Neuralgia from the spearing injury’s scarring. 💙All of your videos are filled with life and joy. Both you and Brad are so kind to share with us as though we were family. You two, your team, and the guests have gotten rid of a lot of people’s fear, as in, “Physical Scare-apy.” Not any more! Brad-you are so much fun. Thank you guys for everything. I keep on watching & learning lots. 🙂💕 Praying for you both, and for all those with you! 8-20-22

    Hey Guys...This could not have come at a better time: I was in the ER 3 weeks ago in so much pain I thought I was dying for sure with a heart attack because of Congestive Heart Failure. Turned out they said it was probably a pulled Pec muscle... I was in so much pain, took my breath away (have Asthma also). I didn't have this kind of pain when I fell and crushed my left wrist and it was on backwards and had to wait 4 days for surgery. For almost 2 weeks if I tried to stand up, bend over etc I mean "I SCREAMED IN PAIN DEAR GOD MAKE IT STOP I BEG OF YOU". I finally put my back brace on tight like you would wrap your ribs. It helped me be able to get up and bend over very carefully. Scared my animals to death. Saw my heart doc today, (he saw me crying like a baby the next day in is office after the ER visit). My stress test from yesterday was beautiful ❤️. The sore ness is still there, but it no longer feels like a 3 prong serated knife is being thrust in and out from front to back thru my heart. Sorry this was so long, but the only way I could tell you of the PAIN. Watch you guys all the time. Thank you and God bless 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Hi bob and brad appreciate your work, i am dealing with this pain near my left shoulder and i feel it when lifting heavy on chest day. Should i continue the same routine ? Or just stop working out chest for some time ? Or just stick with lifting light ?

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  2 года назад

      We don't recommend doing anything that causes new pain or more pain so if it's causing pain, we suggest stopping altogether until the pain is gone. If lifting light doesn't cause pain, you can do that.
