What I love about this fight scene is that despite everyone else taking the Fight Seriously, ANT-MAN and SPIDER-MAN are having the time of their lives lol really enjoying themselves 🤣🤣

The shock comes from how it took Steve's full force and the shield to stop one of Bucky's punches in Winter Soldier, and here's this kid who just casually catches his punch and twists his arm back with just one hand. And keep in mind, Peter tends to hold back his full strength in fear of hurting or killing people... so this is just a fraction of what sort of power Spider-Man has.
@@BYERE Yep, according to the Comics at age 15 when Peter first became Spidey, he was strong enough to lift over 10 Tons. As an adult, Spidey can lift over 25 Tons. Either is FAR stronger than the WS or Cap.
Rhodey falling was one of the most suspenseful moments in the whole MCU, the whole theater started shaking, and the music cut off and that *pow* and everyone stopped. Everyone. So powerful.
The one thing everyone ignores is that Falcon didn't down Rhodey, it was Vision attacking Falcon, and Falcon ducking. If Vision had hit his target it would have been Falcon paralyzed, or dead.

I’d say Civil War is the top Marvel movie. It introduces two major characters into the mcu while further advancing the storyline of the Avengers while keeping it a Captain America movie/story. Big props to the Russo Brothers for directing a movie with so many parts and stories👏🏽👏🏽
It isn't even the best Captain America movie.
Agreed - The Infinity War movies were very ambitious, but this movie remains my favorite among the entire MCU.

I love the way Steve and Natasha's friendship is handled in this film, its like it was being tested, seeing if they would still be solid despite them having different viewpoints on the accords and being on opposing sides, they just respect each other too much. Not only that but listen to how Natasha speaks to Steve throughout the film like when they were deciding about the accords, the church scene and even at the airport she was being calm with him and trying to be gentle with him, not forcing anything down his throat and shouting at him like Tony was. Plus during the airport battle they never went near each other while fighting each other's groups, you just know they don't wanna hurt each other. You also see Steve's facial expressions towards Natasha from different points in the film like when she says " Maybe Tony's right " you can see the hurt and betrayal on his face when she reveals her decision, but he doesn't hold a grudge on her for doing so, he RESPECTS her choice. Then there is the scene where Nat switches sides and helps him by stopping Panther from reaching them, when she lifts her Widow's bite you witness the slight look on his face, like he believed she was about to fire at him, but when he sees what she had done he has a happy look on his face, glad that she helped him.
I loved their bond in the MCU 💕💕
She was much closer with Clint and she had no problems with kicking him in the face. It's more likely that she avoided Cap because she knew she'd have trouble with him. Cap is a combat monster

She went up against someone like Proxima Midnight even though she knew she was no match, she went up against Bucky A SECOND TIME even tho she also knew what would happen just like last time and she never threw a punch against Clint, they were both holding back might I add. In fact there was gonna be a fight between them where Widow held her own for an amount of time, even better than she did against Barnes so CLEARLY it was because they didnt wanna hurt each other.

Cap was more dangerous than Bucky or Clint. Bucky with the Winter Soldier programming could give Cap a fight but Cap was still better. He struggled fighting Bucky because of their friendship, where Winter Soldier Bucky was going all out. Bucky was a big weak spot for Cap, as was proven over and over.
Tasha would stand little chance against Cap in a straight fight. Even her gadgets wouldn't help due to Cap's skill with that shield. He'd block everything and take no damage.

I know winter solider wasn’t trying to really hurt Spider-Man but it was really cool to see Spider-Man hold his own against Sam and Bucky … shows you how powerful he really is and he’s only like 15 . Plenty of time for him to take that Ironman type role later on in the mcu

@@blpalv15 Yeah, Reed was always the big brain of the Marvel Universe in the comic books. In the early days, they didn't play up Tony's intelligence too much probably because despite being around since 1962 and being a founding member of the Avengers....he was kind of a B character. I remember when I heard the MCU's first movie would be Iron Man and I thought..."wait, WHAT?" Of course, I had no idea how brilliantly they would write the character and I underestimated RDJ's ability to make a guy who was a bit of a jerk, so damn charismatic. I think it surprised Marvel too. They even began to portray comic book Tony more like his MCU version

In the marvel handbook Encyclopedia, it rates SpiderMan, when at his peak, can lift (press) 10 tons.

And it was CAP who was holding back here as Tony says in homecoming lol.

I gotta say this. I think the Russos did a better job with the fight scenes of all the characters in their movies compared to the characters solo films. Everytime i come back and watch it still gives chills.
Except black panther. They wasn’t giving him enough airtime and fancy moves. I get it, they nerfed him so that he doesn’t overshadow the other characters, but this is the mighty black Panther that we’re talking about, a hero that mastered every single martial

One of my favorite parts in this movie is the interaction between Captain America and Spiderman. Cap totaly schools Spidy and leaves him under that crate to learn his lesson. His parting words are of wisdom and sportsmanship. I wish they had more moments together.

The battle between iron man and captain America was epic. By far, the best movie of the series.
scott actually took tony's job in these whole scene. Usually even in the middle of fight he always crack the jokes, but since he is very serious on these then scott with his jokester took the mantle
This movie was fantastic. Introduced 2 new characters. Plus the storyline and villian were great. Hoping for Ant Man we get the same with some introductions and suprises 🙏

When both teams rushed eachother till vision saves black Panther from the bus he litterly does nothing for that 4 minutes or the entire fight except laser that building. They did horrible with vision
