    T this looks so good ! But I don't have milk or yogurt. Can I substitute eggs for the milk in the bread? IF so, how many eggs do you think I should use ? These would be delicious with chives added to the bread...maybe some homemade bacon bits in the potatoes, now I 'm getting ideas lol.

      You can try it, but it will turn out different. Do not use more than 1 egg, if you need more liquid add some water. You can also substitute milk with water.

    Ciao Valentina, Come Stai. Sembra Delizioso.! I would have put some Parmesan cheese in the potatoes. Could that be baked.? I definitely want to get a potato ricer. Good for making Gnocchi too 💚🤍❤️ Ti Amo Amica Mio ❤️🤍💙 Dio Ti Benedica 🇺🇸✝️🇮🇹📖✌️💞🙏🥀😘😘

      Hi Edward! You surely need a potato ricer, it is sooo much better than potato masher 😜 with Parmigiano you can’t go wrong 😉😘

      @@HowTasty Ciao Valentina,💚🤍❤️ I've been using my box grater for my Gnocchi and it works OK but I can't do it with hot potatoes. I think the restaurant supply store downstairs has them. New owners and they are Italians from Italy 🇮🇹. I'm definitely going to try this as soon as I get to the store for some Reggiano cheese. I'm going to make individual size and freeze them. Have you ever had a Potato Knish, it's a popular NYC street food snack. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Weekend. Ti Amo Amica Mio, Dio Ti Benedica 🇺🇸✝️🇮🇹📖✌️💞🙏🥀😘😘

    A tip for the airbubbles forming when i were trying to roll is to poke the top part with a fork a few times so the air escapes while rollin 😊

    • @HowTasty
      @HowTasty  6 месяцев назад

      Thank you for your tip! But if you poke the dough, don't you risk the filling slightly escaping during cooking? Let me know, I’m curious 🥰
