I can't express this video has made me feel better about myself. I have been going on and off about maintaining my health and now i wanted to lower my eating portions as much its possible. This helped alot ❤
Hii thank youu sooo much you motivate me even more❤❤ Back at 2020 with the pandemic a started exercices like maybe everyone 😭 AND I DID LOSE WEIIIGHT i was so proud i went from 74kg to 64kg or less and keep going i loved myself But then i dont remember when( actualy i dont know how to say in english *cry in french*) i stop everything then went back then stop again and didnt really so mesurment of myself So during summer break 2023 during a shopping a notice my usual size wasnt good on me and decide to finaly went back to my balance and saw...79kg I plan a workout again but with school starting i wasnt motivated or had time to do them but felt guilty and couldn't lose😢😢 But after earing you i realise that maybe i was in the wrong to force myself even when everyone telling me that i dont look like i gain so much weight😂 Even through i still want to get in shape and thank to you i'll apply everything you sais and keep going❤❤❤

Hii, it's not been so much time since i found ur channel and I'm really glad i did it. I'm a bit complex bout my body shape but I'm not fat though, I'm normal-weight for my age and height. I used to lose weight by starving (like i was just decreasing my food portions quite a lot and trying not to eat after 18:00) and lost about 3 kg in a week but after some time it grew up that i has gained more🥲i tried to lose it the same way but i couldn't. Time passed and i tried a few workouts to make my waist smaller and my legs thinner. Idk maybe i didn't notice result or something but i just gave up on it. And nowadays I'm going to the camp and there is a pool. Then i noticed my arms are quite thick and i started searching for some exercises to lose a few sm. Then i accidentally choose ur video with 10min thin arms workout. U mentioned u have another 15min workout. I started doing it twice a day in a row and i have finished 5 days like this and 1 day i did it once. I'm SOOO happy with it cuz i can clearly see the difference🤭 Okay, it's getting quite long so i just wanna say that u are soo comfort to listen and i completely love ur channel😭 I wish u all the best in getting on top of the fitness videos❤️ thx u have appeared in my life )
