The 30-minute workouts allow me to get an effective workout before heading to work. I have to be at work at 645 a.m., and the 4a.m. workouts with you, Heather, take all the guesswork out. Which also allows me to stay consistent and excuse free! God bless!
I come back to this workout every 6 weeks or so. I love the structure. It feels like 5 minutes. I see the improvement in form and strength. I love it. Thanks Heather ❤❤❤
Thank you Heather with all your no impact exercices that help me with my recovery after my spine surgery. After 3 months of physio I am able to go back with your videos.
My goal is to get through this arm workout without any modifications. Slowly but surely! This was my first time and I thought I would only be able to get half way through but before I knew it the cool down started! Thank you! 💪
