      ​@Heatherrobertsoncom it went pretty well today. I had to make some modifications but I still got in a good sweat sesh! My push ups need a lot of work but I'm getting it. Thank you SO much!!!

    The 30-minute workouts allow me to get an effective workout before heading to work. I have to be at work at 645 a.m., and the 4a.m. workouts with you, Heather, take all the guesswork out. Which also allows me to stay consistent and excuse free! God bless!

    My goal is to get through this arm workout without any modifications. Slowly but surely! This was my first time and I thought I would only be able to get half way through but before I knew it the cool down started! Thank you! 💪
