I used to have Triglyceride of 1300 several years back and is now controlled at ~230 by using Finate 160 for the last 8 yrs. Some labs use plasma for testing some use serum directly. Which is the best way to show the correct results? The place where they use plasma is showing relatively lower value than others using serum directly. Can you advise which is the appropriate method to show the correct results?

1.Can i use EDTA tube blood for sahlis test.
3.can i use micropipette for transfer blood in sahlis tube&which ul micropipette i use (ex-5 to 50ul or 10-100ul)
