I am using Transasia reagent. They are telling keep it for 15 mins at 37 degree celcius. For room temperature how many minutes i need to keep?

Thank you for watching this video. You may keep to 30 minutes to be on the safer side provided the final colour stability is upto 2 hours if not exposed to direct light. This will also help you to report high value samples without errors.
