Ate them this way when I was low carb and still eating meat. This I would just blend as a salad to make it easier.

I REALLY wish RUclips had the ability for us to post pics in our comments ... I prepared all 3 recipes yesterday for my meals for today. The cauliflower ceviche was surprisingly good. Wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it was great. The fruit salad was PERFECT for my after noon snack. It was refreshing and a great cooling agent since it feels like we’re two blocks away from hell here in LA. Lol and I JUST made the lettuce tacos and I LOVE THIS !!! I added some adobo seasoning as well and it was amazing. Keep up the great work. You’re amazing !!

People are so ungrateful, they are happy to waste time watching crap on Netflix but can’t watch 5 minutes of something that somebody worked hard to make for free to everyone. What ungrateful world we live at. 😢
Some people need the facts to understand certain actions and others just like learning in general. I'm a young adult and know that learning makes me more capable of becoming a better version of myself, so I do require things to be explained.

I’m not a raw vegan or even vegan but I made the tacos today. I was excited but hesitant that I wouldn’t like it. Especially the avocados because I don’t like them in general. Buuuut I actually ended up loving it. Also I didn’t think it would fill me up but it did! I can see myself making these often 💜

Thanks for sharing. I made something similar to the last recipe. Except I use parsley, cauliflower, red onion, spring onion, tomato, salt & lots of lemon juice 🤤
Those ingredients for one of those dishes would cost close to $20 here in Quebec City, in most of Canada. Not joking

That’s so interesting that fruits are different prices everywhere! There needs tobe more videos on eating raw vegan in various climates! Not just ca or Hawaii lol
in Minnesota and Canada you can grow alot of fruits and veggies in your backyard or in you home, like ginger, garlic, lettuce etc
And imagine if you actually ate organic!! lol. I only eat organic and a single avocado is $2.50 here lol. (:

Raw veganism definitely has the misconception that it’s so expensive. For the most part, it is, but I think that with a practical strategy, anyone on a budget can work with it! Loved this video and all the recipes!!
It's absolutely doable. I transitioned into the raw vegan lifestyle while on unemployment and in college. There are no excuses. Only the desire to live healthier and a more fulfilled, compassionate lifestyle! 💖

I like to add green peppers to your raw ceviche recipe and it tastes bomb!! Love the fruit salad idea also!

Nice but not $1 here unless you grow it yourself. Sadly even though I live in a county that has farms everywhere the locals actually eat spaghettios as that is what they can afford, fresh stuff is too expensive, some dried stuff is cheap at the dollar store, but buying cheap around here does not work. Keep sharing, you still have great recipes.
You can go to the 99 cent store? I see alot of fruits n vegetables, i saw some great things in there. You'll be surprised what they have ..

My local supermarket has started importing yellow nectarines from the U.S. ,I'm not sure why because it's cheaper for me to wait until about December when they sell the local produce.
I've got some stone fruit which has been sown in yoghurt pots from seeds that I collected & stratified in the refrigerator last summer,they are growing now.
I think that I mentioned before that I'm looking to freeze summer fruits such as mango & papaya so that they can be blended up into vegan ice cream & fruit smoothies during the winter period.
Next year I think vegan soups & stews are the way to go during winter time & vegetables such as pumpkin can be stored for about a year then eaten.
One of our local farmers sells tomatoes at his local fruit stand during the spring to Autumn period but at present during winter is only selling pumpkins.

The $1 is for 1 plate (I mean the plate I show in the video). So for example, you might spend $5 to buy all the ingredients for the vegan ceviche... but you will get 5 servings!

The problem eating raw produce where I live in Buffalo NY they don't keep long and the spill b4 I get to use them. I get my groceries delivered since pandemic so I don't get them liberty to pick out the proper items. Zucchini especially. I'm going to open my palate to try some raw food but I cannot eat raw carrots or spicy hot foods. Being a diabetic I really need to do better for my health. I'm doing better than I've been but this is my year. Loved the video, thanks

Being Auntie Yaya, beans, rice and such can be a very inexpensive way to help stay satiated and not spend too much on fresh items. I love fresh food, but I also have a budget.

When you eat raw you eat less (because it's nutrient dense), so you save money that way, if you make your own food. Also grow your own greens, both sprouts and micro/mini greens in your windows. Seeds can be very, very cheap.

Alyna Waters it's pretty universally true. When you feed your body the highest quality foods it needs, it doesn't have to overstuff itself to make up for the lower quality.
Obviously, you still need to eat a diverse range of foods, to cover all the different kinds of nutrients the body needs.

Milena K.E Tha book 80/10/10 is a great raw vegan nutritional book with tips about how much to eat. I've been raw vegan for 1 year so far and I absolutely love it. I get the bulk of my calories from fruits such as bananas, dates, mangos, apples, pears, oranges, berries, watermelon. And then a salad in the evening of small leafy greens. When I fill up on fruits throughout the day I rarely ever get very hungry and I never feel weak. I eat a bowl of fruits until I'm satiated and then it's all good. Listen to your body intuitively and it'll tell you when to eat :) I eat about 1,500 calories per day and feel great. Enjoy your raw journey !

Download a diet tracker app like myfitnesspal so you meet your nutritional needs and caloric intake. I struggled and failed repeatedly, carb starved so many times, until I began logging my intake. Once I got things to work for me and came to a balance with my food choices, it was much more sustainable for me. I dont eat exclusively raw, more rt4. I also am not a fan of monomeals or eating 1000 calories in a meal. Eating shouldn't be painful. I eat like 8 times a day.
