Rawvana English I have been loving my maca smoothie frozen banana, coconut milk, cinnamon, maca , vegan protein (vanilla), tablespoon of nut butter and a bunch of ice . I also love a tropical green smoothie with frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, large handful of kale or any greens, coconut butter /manna ,coconut water and a bunch of ice! Both of these are so bomb.
Rawvana English this is an awesome video. I like your smoothies! My favorite smoothie is a a whole lot of frozen blueberries, a handful of spinach, and some frozen pineapple or mango. Blend with unsweetened cashew milk. That's my go to breakfast and it never gets old. My fave dinner is a few frozen bananas, raw cacao powder or not if I'm out of it, a very tiny bit of unsweetened cashew milk, blend, then top with coconut powder. You look beautiful and your skin is flawless. ❤️
I just made the best smoothie yesterday! Frozen spinach, 1 small frozen pre-cooked beet, frozen banana, frozen black currents, 1 tbsp raw unsalted/unsweetened almond butter, maca powder and coconut water 👌
I drink at least 1 quart-worth of green smoothie everyday! I've been doing it for about three months and I love it so much. It's just frozen or fresh ripe bananas, LOTS of spinach, some frozen berries, cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice, maca powder, ground flax and water to blend. Super tasty!
I learned a lot and was really inspired by your food eating soul searching journey. I've been eating a lot more fresh fruits and veggies, drinking lots more of water, thanks to you! Really love your eating style, they're loaded with fresh and real, whole foods, not just some lazy or processed meals. My perceptions towards vegan diet changed completely thanks to you!! My favorite smoothie? Strawberry banana. I make it with chia seeds, hemp hearts, ice, strawberries, a banana, carrots, ginger root, turmeric root, and water. I have fibromyalgia so the turmeric is good for me.

I have been inconsistent with my water drinking - started back with lemon water yesterday . Ok soo let me just say that I just discovered your channel yesterday and I am glad I did! I tried going vegan for eight months and I fell off the wagon because I was always sooo hungry and I was losing weight which I did not want because I am already small. The first time I did it cold turkey and that was difficult. Right now I am starting off slower. I have cut out all meat except fish which I don't eat much of anyway and I haven't had cows milk in years. If you can give any advice I welcome it! All of your recipes look amazing and I am excited to start this journey again!
lol lemon water and protein shake to start off the day everyday. I have to try the lemon water thing cuz it seems like everyone does it. I start of the day with a smoothie and my favorite smoothies are apple, kale, banana, ginger, lemon smoothie. OR apple, red beets, banana, lemon, ginger smoothie.
Lemon water in the morning is amazing and actually hot water with lemon is even better. it's really good for weight loss and it's also just like a good start to the day

Right now we have an Indian summer in Czech Republic, so I enjoy the salads, because when the real fall starts, I always eat only soups, I love rich and creamy soups when it´s raining outside.
