Agreed. I tried another one for a few weeks. Hurt my back (a recurring injury) and was never excited about doing it.
I’m 25, and for the first time ever I’m in the 190s since this past year. I was always 135-140. And doing your 4 of your different workouts x2 every single day for one and a half weeks So far, i have lost 10 pounds. While changing my diet completely and no alcohol or pop. Thank you so much. Yes! Really looking forward to this! I have been doing the "home workout to boost your metabolism & energy levels - less than 10 minutes" before your other workouts & of course doing the "Quick Warm Up Routine" before the metabolism booster & adding a Walking workout at the very end then the Cool Down and by adding these they really do make a difference. How was it worked for you?
I do this workout often when I have problems with indigestiion or if I feel bloated and it really is relieving for me. I feel lighter and much better energy in my body. I sometimes get tired tbh after just one or two moves, but listening to my fave upbeat music really helped me workout better and I didn't even relaize time flew by so fast.

Q. Why in move 8 do we do three knee lifts? Being a odd number one leg potentially gets more work then the other, plus hate odd numbers so I do FOUR ! 😂😎💅
