I was that guy, seen myself growing some belly fat and getting soft, started with riding the bike for a few mins a day, onto stretching/yoga routines for about a month, now on full on weight training and hour bike rides for almost 5 months now. Massive health improvement. Now I need daily exercise or I feel like shit lol, at least some cardio. It is also a relatively inexpensive hobby to have, if you're not going wild with supplements.

I think I mentioned it to you in another video comment about Arnolds Chest being so massive he had a glass of water sitting on top of his pecs while he was standing. Either way, you can honestly do that with your Shoulders and you should in a video. That would be pretty beast cause you got the mass and to see that first hand! Not only are your rear delts pretty pumped but looking at a 3 heads of the shoulder. In you back pose you got them down to 6 heads with the lean striations. Beast! Also, I have never had shoulder definition until I came across your channel a couple months ago and have utilizing your rear delt face pull and side delt dumbbells my "single-shoulder-muscle" now has 3 heads finally. Thanks for that! I got lots of work to do and just wanted to give you a shout out. Thanks for another kick-butt vid.

I am not the strongest lifter by far. Been going consistently for about 6 months and i can barley bench a plate, cant even squat two plates. But goddamit the reason I wont be able to bench 225 or squat 315 one day will never be because I didn't try my absolute hardest. I hate hearing people say they cant be this strong or that big because of their genetics (yes im aware that its true to a certain degree especially with gear) but saying you have bad genetics is something you get to say AFTER years and years of hard training and focus on diet and recovery. not before.
