I’m 5 days out from my FIRST ever marathon and this was very helpful! I’m SO excited & nervous at the same time!!
I started CrossFit 9 months ago and did a competition this month, my proudest moment is when I did a 112kg deadlift, although being one of the weakest females, it was a new PB for me and that made me so happy. Loved this podcast because it it so easy to compare yourself to others and think you’re not doing well, whereas if the only person you compare yourself to is you, you become the fittest version of yourself every time you train.
