    They say that Trout don't live in ugly places. This video proves it! What a great technical stream. Moss covered boulders, fallen trees and a sparkling stream filled with fat Brookies. Great stuff. It sucks that someone swiped your tarp. Can't trust people these days. Nasty dent in your shin too. Not so much wading there as it is rock climbing. Thanks Drew!

      @dogsoldiertoo1099 Год назад

      @@LooknFishy I hear ya. I went through the bass boat phase for about 10 years myself. Did some small time tournament fishing too. But then I started going back to my roots of wading and bass fishing ponds with the fly rod and hitting the trout streams. My son went the other direction I started him on the lakes in a bass boat. Then he grew up, bought a beach house at Fripp Island and a seaworthy boat and runs out to the Gulf Stream regularly to fish. I did at least teach my grandsons how to cast a fly and catch bream before he ruined them. lol

    If you don't fall on an East TN brookie stream, you weren't there. Thieves are as thick as mosquitoes in the Tellico area. The "pay to camp" areas are safer, but crowded. BTW, those are the fattest brookies I have ever seen in that area....of course, I would like to know exactly where you were, but that's not your MO. 😂 I'll stop by Tellico Outfitters for the info I need, They are the best. Looking forward to the next vid.

      My first thought was maybe the FS picked it up but seems strange considering it was definitely left on purpose...staked out and raised on one end. Asked Cody and Micah and they said it was probably stolen but we also stopped and picked up trash including a grill that was left beside the road away from a camping spot...so ultimately who knows. But unfortunately, those painters poles went from 7 to $18. Gonna start bringing my old dome tent now.
