    Yes it's working..I reduced 5 kg in one month by following intermittent diet...for replacing coffee and tea i would take lemon with hot water and some mint leaves into it in the morning...I take fruits in alternative days... during my weight loss jouney I eat ragi puttu, chickpeas,chappathi and lot of fruits...everyday i used to calculate calories before taking food...i walked for 1 hour in the morning and evening....thank you mam ur videos were very helpful for me to reducing weight...

      @@mughalayasamayal6090 only 2 dosa or idly for breakfast. Limited rice, more vegetables or egg, curd for lunch. 2 chapathi at night. Half quantity coffee without sugar. Badam, dates, kadalai barfi for snacks. Drank infused water.

    You're true sis, I've doing this for past few years without knowing What i was did is intermittent fasting . My weight won't increase and i can maintain my weight 😍. If i take my food before 7 pm my weight remain same. If i take my food above 7 my body weight will increase fast. Intermittent fasting really good

      nooooo. You can fix the following fasting time. It can be either 8:30 am to 6: 30 or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or 9:00 am to 7:00 pm or 9:30am to 7:30pm.
