Yes it's working..I reduced 5 kg in one month by following intermittent diet...for replacing coffee and tea i would take lemon with hot water and some mint leaves into it in the morning...I take fruits in alternative days... during my weight loss jouney I eat ragi puttu, chickpeas,chappathi and lot of fruits...everyday i used to calculate calories before taking food...i walked for 1 hour in the morning and evening....thank you mam ur videos were very helpful for me to reducing weight...
