One thing that blows me away about this is your camera work. With everything you’ve got going on you pre-plan your camera angles, like when you were in San Diego tide pools, you filmed your approach to them. Would be fascinated if you talked about that process.
Thanks for noticing! I try and change up the angles to show environments, making the video feel more dynamic! It's actually just switching up angles, which takes seconds, so not much planning honestly lol

Your beef bone broth may only be a seasonal or regional item...either way you should call Costco and give them the store item number and see if they can locate it at a nearby store. Also you can google the UPC number and possibly find it at a store.

I can't get my head round you in a t-shirt. It's just after midnight here in Edinburgh. It's wet and cold; very cold. And the wind is the type of strong wind that you can fall forward into and it will hold you up. We're due more rain later-on today. T'riff! Just t'riff!
Sometimes I just wipe it down depending on how dirty it gets / if things are stuck to it. I'm pretty proud of our cast iron, it's becoming really non-stick. I think the key is to use a lot of fats/oils when cooking. I will wash when things are stuck on it!

How do you clean your cast iron pan so well after cooking dinner? Mine always gets messed up whenever I use it and clean it.
