THIS VIDEO IS A RE EDIT OF OUR TRIP FROM LAST YEAR . I have also managed to condense the 3 day trip down into one video instead of 2 videos like it was before . I hope you enjoy :)
Welcome back and in this video myself and Steve head off for a 3 day wild camping trip to the Peak District in a storm with winds over 60mph .
Wild camping in a storm did not completely go to plan and with very little sleep due to the storm pounding our tents we did still manage to do what we set out to do and that was camping on the top on Banford edge but sadly the rest of the trip didnt really go to plan .

Awesome video as usual, gutted it was that windy for you guys, I done Bamford a few weeks back, bloody lost my cap in torrential rain, was hoping to see it fly past in the video haha :D such a view makes it all worthwhile though, Deffo get an overnighter on Kinder next time (without the wind) you'll be in awe of the view especially at sunrise, and hopefully the owls will visit you too :)

Wow that’s some extreme wind there 🤣🤣 views totally make it worthwhile, nice to see the plug holes up close … I would have found it funny too out there in those conditions … what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

I can see you had a varied diet no wonder 💭. Must have been good to get out somewhere different. Just a shame them places are so far away. I’m trying to find camp spots close by - it’s amazing what you can find 👍

Thanks Allan 👍 yeah it held up great although I did think at one point on the first night it was going to fold in on me because of the really strong winds haha
