I have bpd and chronic fatigue syndrome so trying to rest myself with a busy and anxious mind is hard. My thoughts still wandered with this meditation but not as much as others and it was very relaxing and calming. Thank you!
I am so glad to hear your mind was able to slow down more in this meditation. While it is completely normal for thoughts to wander during meditation, it is a great feeling when it happens less. Thank you so much for practicing with me. Hope to see you in my comments again soon.
Thank you for this Lauren. There aren’t a lot of quality 10 min nsdr videos out there. This length is excellent to squeeze in a quick rest during the work day.
You have a very pleasing voice that makes the experience much more satisfying. I have tinnitus and I don’t always sleep that great this video helps me recharge and get the rest. I need thank you very much.
I don't know if it's your voice in this one or the music or the breathing technique but this one really helps to calm me down and then it's over so I do it again on the days I have time. ❤❤❤ Thank you Loren
Thank you so much for joining me. I am glad you enjoyed the practice. I am releasing another 10 minute practice today, I hope you get a chance to try it out. 🩷
Agreed I LOVE AH but he just makes me laugh.... "Maybe you feel this... or maybe that.... or maybe just a little of this and a little of that...." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is the second NSDR video I've tried and ive half drifted to sleep only to realise we're already at the part where its time to open my eyes. I dont know if this is normal 😅
Very normal and apart of the practice! NSDR/ Yoga nidra can take you into the hypnagogic state, which is the state you are in right before you drift off to sleep. In this state you can feel like you are drifting in and out of the meditation among other things. This is the power of the practice, as in this brain wave length state we access a very healing state for our mind and body. Each time you practice you might find it to be different and sometimes you will not go as deep. All are normal!
Glad you enjoyed this. The good news is what you are experiencing is a RUclips setting, not the recording. Head to the gear icon on the video and turn off "stable volume". This will fix the issue. ❤️
@Lorin Reunion Please stop use "Namaste" as the final expression; the truly meaning is a greeting or welcome in Asia & Africa. Americans transform the meaning of cultural words at their own convenience. Thank you for the practice!!!
Thanks
You are very welcome! Thank you for practicing with me :)

@@lorenrunion Thanks! This makes sense
Loren, are you still reading comments on this video?
yep!

A little less volume with the music and this would be perfect. The loudness comes in waves and is distracting, especially listening to on .75 speed.
Glad you enjoyed this. The good news is what you are experiencing is a RUclips setting, not the recording. Head to the gear icon on the video and turn off "stable volume". This will fix the issue. ❤️
