Fellas I appreciate the video. I spent half my life in Chinatown (my parents worked down there). My mom never let me eat at the tourist spots lol. When I moved away from NYC she always had porkbuns ready when I got home. That's were we'd go (from the Bronx) to get the veggies and fish we ate. She told me recently how most of those places are closed and was afraid I'd be shocked and disappointed when I got back after Covid. Yall the truth SUPPORT CHINATOWN!!!
This video series is amazing. Im currently planning my first birthday trip in 2 years and I plan to spend a long weekend in Chinatown NYC hitting as many of the places from your cheap eats series as I possibly can. You guys are awesome
We need more authentic chinese spots everywhere! I need someone to put a Chinese restaurant next to my house then I never have to buy groceries again! I will be the best customer!
Wow, I'm tucked away here in a little white bread Australian town far, far away from the realities of NY Chinese food culture (don't panic! I have lived in Asia on and off for several years). What an amazing insight into an unknown world this RUclips series gives me. Thanks fellas. It's gems like this that may RUclips worth it.
This series is the best!! Watched this episode on my tv to get the full effect and I was so hungry afterwards! I think it’s special how y’all always represent your Asian community no matter what city you’re in, and showcase the cheap eats to the expensive ones. Been a fan for many years!
Love the cheap eats series just drop the numbers AND YOU CAN DO CHEAP EATS FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT...on many cuisines and desserts and drinks have a nice day love Fung's Bros man
I do not eat beef or pork ,but I love watching you young brothers visit different eating spots. I wish we had some of these eating spots in South Jersey. Keep up the good work.
Toronto we have some of the best Chinese out of Asia!! I do miss the old school fried rice, wings, spare ribs , Cantonese chow Mein. Those days are done
I’m really happy to discover this video because I live around Catherine Street for the past 10 years and I’ve only been to Shun Wei, they’re OK, but I’ve always wanted to try Manna Bakery, Spring Restaurant Jin Mei Dumplings… and a few other spots that you guys have featured but I’ve always been really intimidated to go into these establishments because sometimes I feel it isn’t very inviting. I’m gonna muster up the courage to start going to more of my local establishments lol
My dudes, you are pure fun to watch! I've been watching you for years before you jumped on the food reviews! Pure talent and entertainment off the chain! Ya'll live'n in New York right now? You ever run into Mikey Chen host of "Strictly dumpling?" Would love to see you 3 reviewing together! That would be so dope! Keep up the awesome work!
11/27/23 - Great content David and Andrew. I discovered you guys just last week and I have been playing catch up with these videos. I will definitely need to hit up a Fujinese spot off Catherine St. I am only 20 miles away from Chinatown, but I haven't been going as much as I should.
*Bros:* If you're a late-night foodie, this is probably your low-key late-night spot... *Me:* Yeah, right. Since Great NY Noodletown started closing early, nothing's good late-night in Chinatown, except for Yunshang. *Bros:* YUNSHANG *Me:* OK, Fung Bros know what's up
Yo guys we watch your reviews and go from NJ to Chinatown. HK Wonton Garden. It's off the hook. Tried the pig feet. Awesome. Harpers Bread house. Tried the pastel de nada and spicy salmon wrap. Delicious. The Ice cream factory wow unbelievable and finally ofcouse Wah fung nice short line today. We were there at 10am. Thanks for the Great Reviews. Keep on posting and I will keep on EATING. LOL
Joe's Rice Roll in Canal Street Market and Food Station also on Canal Street. Fung Bros already a video though on Joe's Rice Roll but it should be included in the Chinatown Cheap Eats series. Fried Dumpling restaurant is the only dumpling shop in Chinatown 5 for $1 dollar left
Yoo yall a real one for this, Ive been eating at Spring restuarant since a younging and fun fact this location use to be on the corner of Henry Street but they moved to this bigger location in the middle when business boomed.

Noree Thai Bazze gives you the 25 cent skewer only if you purchase a drink. Also it use to be "FREE" with the drink. So it isn't cheap its at all. Plus you only get ONE stick.
Yoooo honestly I love crawfish! Whenever I go to seafood buffets they're the first thing I go for ... I literally have like a hundred or two every time I go... think thats like 5 or 6 plates worth lol

I love this series but to include a Chinese hood spot is such a wonderful addition, it honors these institutions that exist in hoods worldwide!
