No Leaf Clover was written especially for this collab with the SFO Orchestra. It was orchestrated by Michael Camen, who can be seen conducting the orchestra. Metallica have played this in concerts without orchestra also. But you can hear James saying "That was a brand new one for y'all" or something similar - so I think this song was played for the first time with that orchestra.
Hey Jody, should definitely check out For Whom the Bell Tolls from this album/show. It's epic, and you can hear all the subtle guitar sounds that can be heard on the original album version.
Oh btw.. yes there are other renditions of this without the symphony.. but they are played live at concerts.. on Metallicas website you can buy the CD or digital of the concert you went to (for recent concerts) .. in 2021 they played this song their first night in Kentucky.. I was so stoked to hear it live.. good stuff.
