Finally someone reacting to this song! This is a brilliant song that really shows their versatility and capability as musicians.
Metal and symphony orchestra can be really amazing together. This is a great example of that.
I remember my jaw literally dropping the first time I heard this. It could only be this 🔥 backed up by a full orchestra, and only a very few bands could've pulled it off, Metallica definitely being one.
As much as I love the entire catalog from Metallica, No Leaf Clover and Minus Human were 2 of the best songs to be done that night.

Whenever someone says they're not a fan of Metallica, my first question is always: Do you like classical music??? :) I then start drawing analogies.
The great thing about this song is this was the first time any of us have heard this song. This song was written for the Symphony Metallica.
No Leaf Clover is an absolutely amazing song composed for the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra and Metallica concert, otherwise known as S&M. It was a breathtaking concert. They just celebrated the 20 year anniversary by doing another concert, called S&M2. It was equally as good. I went to go see it in theaters, it was awesome.
If you don't have goosebumps while listening to this song, you're not alive....
Anyone who doesn't get metal music , or thinks it's just a bunch of "noise" , needs to watch the S&M concert. Just like classical music , metal uses instruments to convey all sorts of emotion. Would like to see you check out "Bleeding Me" from the same S&M concert ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Today was the release of S&M 2 in the theaters and it was epic as hell!
I had heard they were doing a 2nd S&M concert. I actually got into the first one, so a Vol 2 would be very highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite Metallica songs. That was a great show, but this song was written to be played with the symphony and they nailed it! Call of Ktulu is another masterpiece from this show. You should check it out.
The band with the symphony orchestra behind them?! This whole 2-disc album is fire! My favorite hands down! Two sets tells a story straight through. Metallica’s a fucking BEAST!
This S&M concert is what got me into Metallica. On the surface the idea of combining a metal band and an orchestra seems weird, but in reality it is so powerful! This is still one of my favorite Metallica songs.

I would recommend you listen to every song on the album.. even if you don't make a reaction video to them. It is pretty much their greatest hits album.. but instead of just collecting their best studio stuff, they recorded the songs live with an orchestra and tossed in a few originals.. such as this one.

Ľubomír Baláž I agree with you. I will also point out that I feel St. Anger is a very underrated album. And it seems people are realizing that now that they are playing songs off that album live. Use to all you heard was how terrible it was and the music was crap, but now it seems the haters realize they got it wrong.

Believe it or not, I ignored this album (1999) for the best part of 20 years. It just didn’t register with me. Great album and this track stands out. I love it, especially the chorus. It hits you hard! 🤘

If you think this is the best you need to react to S&M Call of Ktulu. No leaf clover is my favorite Metallica collaboration, but in my opinion Call of Ktulu with the orchestra is better.
At this point no one had heard this song. People who attended this heard it for the first time here! I suggest you don't listen to Sad But True by Metallica because you will burn down your house and destroy everything! Sad, but true!
