1. Drink more water
2. Eat whole foods
3. Practice daily gratitude
4. Pick up a book
5. Listen to a TED Talk
6. Forgive someone
7. Join a group of supportive individuals
8. Stop nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!)
9. Congratulate yourself for this growth

Well, my 20s are almost gone. Spent 3 years of my life with a bad boyfriend (narcissist) and he was pretty much my first real boyfriend. I hope I learned how to behave and choose better partners from now on, and what she says in this video is totally true. The older we get, we realize more and more that we should value ourselves. Our time is precious! ❤

Advice for men::::: Don't waste ur time chasing a woman who thinks she's everything. Love that woman who gives u her all, and don't take her for granted coz u will not find many like her.

Females give life the man helps make the life she carry's I think younger men see are all these players and look up to them I did tbh but its sad this is the mindset of 20 year olds.. u can tell if a man wants to act like one but their usually shy or been thru a weird sad or bad relationship.. (so idk but I feel like me that I don't have the strength to even approach a girl i think is cute )and players in middle till highschool are mean and only talk or bully the a man who they know like some girl and it not real bullying it's the "ooooh and threats of tell the girl he likes about him so they can make a move talking to the mans crush about him but the bully made the shy man run away only advice for men don't tell anybody not even your best friends who you like.. but idk just know who you trust.. females are better in my opinion at stuff like that
