    I really appreciate these longer videos. I tend to watch/listen to them in the morning when I do cardio so that I'm good to try it in the afternoon when I lift

At the end of the video you say compete?/ I have always believed that the smartest people in the fitness industry are you and Jay Cutler; Jay turns 50 this August and says that "he will do a special preparation", I'm glad that you also make a new goal whatever it is!     Should do so much warming up, stretching and all the sets and dedication for calves instead of arms if you ask me

    Ribs got an incredible physique but I dont get why he always makes himself sound really out of breath after every set ? I mean if your so out of breath after a set of dumbbell curls then something is not right 😂
