The question should never be why is it taking so long to open the school. Obviously he need the donations coming in to do so. There was work that needs to be done at the school. The school need to pass what is called an occupancy inspection. That means pretty much. Everything have to be intact for the school. Plumbing, electrical HVAC, etc.. he had an issue with Hvac. I understand that issue because you cannot buy an HVAC from the store 😂. It has to be designed for the building, including the ductwork. A lot of people don’t know that. I wish I could talk to people when I see the dates like this.. as a person who been in the field of construction, I would not have no problem in the debate
As time passes things become worse in that building. Every 12 months of no progress is like starting from scratch. What people don’t understand is how intricate construction/rehabilitation to occupancy is … it’s not an easy task and no matter what he thinks, everyone of all ethnicities will have a say so on if this school could even open. The question should never be why is it taking so long to open the school. Obviously he need the donations coming in to do so. There was work that needs to be done at the school. The school need to pass what is called an occupancy inspection. That means pretty much. Everything have to be intact for the school. Plumbing, electrical HVAC, etc.. he had an issue with Hvac. I understand that issue because you cannot buy an HVAC from the store 😂. It has to be designed for the building, including the ductwork. A lot of people don’t know that. I wish I could talk to people when I see the dates like this.. as a person who been in the field of construction, I would not have no problem in the debate
