The term high value male has been around before Kevin Samuels but he popularized it into mainstream. Kevin used the term because women were calling his show looking for a man that makes 6 figures. So he responded to his core audience by teaching them about the kind of man that they were looking for, which was the high value man.

Man... I'm a good example of the relationship dynamic he speaks of. My wife went back to school to further her education in the nursing field, I made it so she could focus on work. She's now almost done with her PHD & making 250k a year on her way to 500k. Me I'm just a mechanic, I ware work boots, drive an old truck (it's high performance all under the hood) I cooked & cleaned. I now making 120k a year still a grease monkey... but she followed my lead. I think CW missed the concept of the "High Value Man" break down KS was making. In comparison to what CW says about just being either a gentle man and man. I think he may not have heard KS talk about the traits, attributes, positioning and entourage a "High Value Man". I do understand what CW is saying but there is still a difference. This ain't that and that ain't this!
You're missing the most important concept... "it's hard enough to 'just' be a man. Let alone any other description of a man (alpha, beta, high value, etc). The representation of a man doesn't exist in modern times. A man is his "word" and his "principles".
