I would like to ask what does (when you do the poor man's table tilt test )30beat per minute means?
Do i have to check my hr every minute? And should i only worry if it stays high or keep rising ?
Or i should just check it continously and if it reaches 30 beats or more than it is a problem even if it gets back to normal?
    Thank you for your help.

    Postural tachycardia I suspect
I had tilt table test today
my heart rate was increasing on tilt table from supine to standing by 30 to 40 beats and was fluctuating between 110 to 130 140 and my resting heart rate was fluctuating between 90 to 105
but techician considered it as normal and said ur report is negative as my bp was not decreasing and he said my heart beat is fluctuating and I didn’t faint so he didn’t supsect any orthostatic hypotension
what is ur advise on it

This exact situation happened to my daughter yesterday. Heart rate went 30-40 bpm higher than resting. But her blood pressure was stable. So her cardiologist said that she didn’t have Pots. This is so frustrating, I don’t want to be the one to educate the specialist.

What happens if you are diagnosed with it? I’m 17 year old male.

Buh I stand up and my heart rate goes up from 72 all the way to 110 and when my feet are on the floor my veins "pop out" on my feet but when there in the air they don't. Should I get tested for this?? I mean I play sports.... So I might get kicked off of volleyball.... But should I anyway?
