- On Nov. 21, 2023, Baltimore Police Department officers partnered with the Baltimore City Fire Marshal's Office and Baltimore City Animal Control to execute a raid on a property in the 1600 block of North Luzerne Avenue.
The purpose of the raid was to locate potential stolen dirt bikes and ATVs.
This video breaks down some of the raid team's findings.
No civilians or officers were injured during the seizure. The property owner is now in custody and is being held without bail.
These kids, people who ride them on street are a menace.
That AR pistol looks brand new, something tells me they threw that on top of everything to make it look scarier

@@rockystarr1400 I'm aware of some of the scandals but it appears in recent years the Police Department has improved drastically under the leadership of former Commissioner Michael Harrison and the current one Richard wooly who is a 20 plus year veteran. Under his leadership the homicide rate is the lowest this year that it has been in 10 or more years.

@@Jack78909 - Your opinion on law enforcement is irrelevant to the communities who lives has been ruin, devasted or taken by the actions of corrupt police. It's an old saying, "Show me a police and I'll show you a criminal in uniform". The Police operates as the military and old enforcers of slavery in today's society. You never know, who might manifest or what will happen when the Police is presence. Police encounters aren't uniform because many don't execute the law policies or procedures but instead, do as they please. Citizens are the true victims in most situations mainly because many criminals and corrupt cops operate with immunity and the results anarchy in our communities.
