LOVE NEVER DIES by ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER is the sequel to THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA...tonight is OPENING NIGHT in Melbourne and this video shows the Sitz Probe...the time when the performers and the orchestra get together for the first time!!
This was one of THE most MAGICAL things i have ever done-I hope you enjoy it...MORE VIDEOS COMING...i will be filming tonight at the opening at The regent Theatre, Melbourne,Australia.

I think Meg Giry is. She is trying so hard to get his attention and approval but the phantom only has eyes for Christine Daae. His love for Christine has never died since then. I think that is how he composed Love Never Dies.
Count me in. He has the most amazing eyes! They can look so wild and also so loving. Such polar opposites but wonderful in the same man. His voice is beautiful and so powerful.
Couple years later and he's the London Phantom now.

I saw it in Melbourne a few months ago! IT IS SO FABULOUS!!!!!!! I Actually won tickets to meet the whole cast, and I couldn't make it because I live in sydney!!!!!!! I was so devastated!!!!!
Its truly a great show, I encourage everyone to go and see it!!!

Ben’s voice is my favorite I have any room it’s just so perfectly matched with his emotion and the songs and everything like he’s just the best way he looks in the mask you look so handsome and he’s my number one for sure

Oh my gosh!!! Magic is right! I love musical theater. I don't get to go much. As I take care of my mom. I did get to go see The King and I in Chicago many years ago. It was the last tour with Yul Brenner. It was absolutely exquisite! I have seen some of small town America's greatest productions though. I do think once I'm free to come and go again, that is one thing I will do again. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely experience with us!

Mmm...I don't think Ben is a baritone, he delivered those high notes effortlessly like a tenor.

I love this cast! Everybody are good. Simon Gleeson acts very-very talantly, Anna is wonderful. And Ben is just gorgeous!!! I wasn't impressed by London cast, but Australian cast is awesome. And i hope they will work for a long time.
I LOVED the music for LND's I listen to it all the time...I had asked Andrew many years ago for a possible sequel to the movie Phantom of the Opera and though he insisted that it would never happen.."Never say never" eh ? I have not seen it on stage but hope to buy the CD..who knows maybe someday another movie with the original cast from the 2004 movie?

i got to meet anna and ben they were so amazing on and off stage. One of the best theatre experience's i have ever had. I WAS FRONT ROW!!! i could have actually touched the actors

i really love and appreciate behind the scenes stuff, ESPEcially now that we're getting it from musical theater... but my gosh! How distracting to have a bunch of paparazzi and such people sitting right in the middle of a rehearsal, I mean again I appreciate being able to see what goes on but... give people their space

What a great video. I am hoping to see more. Thank you for posting for all of us LND's lovers. I just don't understand why the show closed and why it hasn't opened somewhere else, like London or NYC. I think it would be a smash hit.

Anna O'Byrne is a slim woman, but with 5'7 height, she's not really small. Ben Lewis had to lift her for 8 shows a week. And can you blame the producers to not continuing the show after Ben left to London and they couldn't find his replacements? He's a high standard in everything. Especially his voice type that's really difficult to find : dark, deep, but could hit the high notes effortlessly.

After 10 yrs The Phantom still strangling Christine? Real mature...And The Phantom looked like a teenager. Sierra was not mature either.
