The year is 1907. It is 10 years after his disappearance from the Paris Opera House and the Phantom has escaped to a new life in New York where he lives amongst the screaming joy rides and freak-shows of Coney Island. In this new electrically-charged world, he has finally found a place for his music to soar. All that is missing is his love - Christine Daaé. Now one of the world’s finest sopranos, Christine is struggling in an ailing marriage to Raoul. So, it is with excitement she accepts an invitation to travel to New York and perform at a renowned opera house. Love the part when Ramin's phone rings and Sierra's like "Ramin. Karimloo. Unbelievable!"
Just saw Ramin play the Phantom in 25th anniversary DVD and I have one question. How did he NOT play the Phantom in the 2004 movie? Apparently he played Christine's father in the movie. This man is amazing, and has such an amazing voice. In my opinion, he IS the Phantom of the Opera.

Their friendship is just amazing.
They the perfect set of "friends!" Nothing romantic because Ramin is happily married with two children. And Sierra is happily engaged.

I'll be honest, If Ramin wasn't already married, then he and Sierra would be really cute together.

We watched the Les Mis (the 25th anniversary) in my music class and we had to give our opinion as our assignment and alot of our favourite things about it was Ramin. So well done you impressed a whole heap of 14 year olds who don't even know what they're talking about :D

I have that kind of chemistry (I think), you have to be mentally prepared because the people that are close to you begin to think that theres something else and sometimes even you can get confused, but I love my buddy so everything is worth it :D

i agree! I think its crazy how nowadays a straight guy and straight girl cant be good friends without people thinking they are hooking up. Sometimes its great to have a best friend of the opposite gender. I personally dont see any romantic chemistry here just chemistry that a sister and a brother would have.

I really wish I could have seen them together in Love Never Dies. The vocals, the chemistry, and the acting would have been beyond amazing. It makes me mad that they had to close it and I could't see it :(

Thank you! Now we can just get these other people to see reason. There is no "hooking up". People also don't know (or care) that Sierra is great friends with Ramin's wife Mandy while Ramin is great friends with Sierra finace Tam Mutu.

They're both talented. Last year I took out the musical soundtrack "Love never dies" from NYPL and it is incredible, magical, and "so beautiful".
Unfortunately the play that was supposed to be launched here was scrapped for good.
Ramin, though it sounds corny but I sense that you're gonna go down as the hottest performer to musical theater fans around the world along with Micheal Ball, Colm Wilkinson, and Micheal Crawford. Translation: YOU ROCK, MAN!!!

@HappyThoughtsToU I know! Ramin does have an interesting speaking voice. I'm watching this video right now because I want to listen to what his speaking voice sounds like because I'm reading Stanley Kowalski's part tomorrow in school in A Streetcar Named Desire, and I've been trying to picture Ramin as Stanley and I'm trying to do an impression of Ramin.....let me tell ya....Ramin is very hard to imitate!!!!
