I told this story to another youtuber who does drum covers. she cover it couple weeks ago. I lived in Las Vegas I grew up here. when I was 12 years old I went to tropical smoothie cafe. this guy who working there name Brendon took my order. then makes my smoothie he starts singing so loud I thought it was funny. so I gave him a 4 dollar tip. he says to me "thank you for supporting my band" like a year later I see the music video I write sins not tragedies. I see the singer I knew he look familiar so I look up the band and realize there from vegas I saw the singer name is brendon I was like holy crap this guy made me smoothie

I fortunately just stumbled across your video and was so damn impressed! So much I'd like to say. 1st of a all, the Gretch kit is AWESOME!!!! they are the warmest and sturdiest drums I've ever played myself. Vinnie Colaiuta is the drummer that turn me on too the Gretsch world. I've been playing for many years and it's nice to see somebody that's got that natural flowing approach! So many people are so damn tense when they play and I always found the looser you are the more your playing comes across with a natural pocket and feel. I just started watching your 1st Q&A and the piano playing is a total must for you in my opinion. If you can learn music theory it will be so helpful in your future! I can see the joy on your face when you play...Keep doing what you do and you will be a star someday. Thanks for the unexpected but pleasant inspiration from the next generation to bash, bang, swing & rock this world. I've subscribed your channel and will definitely be looking out for more of your stuff. BTW, when I am able I would love to become a patron. I just lost an $8,000+ drum set in an uninsured flood and am in a very bad financial way unfortunately..... Take care.
