I have watched countless court videos of judges putting people in for extra time for simply being a smart ass.
The man is nearly 80 years old and people are treating him as if he were a 13-year-old little girl who just posts mean tweets.

then tell his grown ass to wear a coat, enough is enough with the special treatment.
Yea you would think a man with all the cases he's been in he'd be able to figure it out.
Where is Trump getting special treatment in this case? In what other criminal case can you name where witnesses expected to testify in the trial are permitted to say whatever they please, Cohen is tweeting & talking about Trump on his podcast & on news coverage, but the defendant ALONE is put under a gag order, & Trump is not permitted to say ANYTHING in response to what Cohen & others are saying. If there's a criminal case where this has occurred I would love to hear about it. Bc from my understanding of the 1st amendment it is actually designed so that you CAN speak to, whether in favor of or critically of, something the govt is doing. That's the entire point. This judge is allowing the state to admit evidence from all of these other cases, that have nothing to do w this case. Cases where Trump wasn't even allowed to submit proper evidence (E Jean Carroll case) in his defense, where he was not found liable for r*pe by a jury but the judge concluded it was "close enough", cases where he was found liable before a judge saw any evidence, and in all of these cases he's been gagged & unable to defend himself without facing fines, imprisonment, or defamation claims. All of that is being allowed in, Cohen is able to say whatever he wants, but Trump & his team can say nothing. They can't even repost tweets or even articles that simply mention Cohen or Stormi's name. How is that special treatment? Much less fair?

This is what trump was paying him and Pecker for. trump generally brings any evidence to court, he only brings lies. Just the other day at one of his press conferences outside the courtroom he said that he didn't even claim the payment to his lawyer on his taxes. Dude, if it was a normal, legit payment to your lawyer, why _wouldn't_ you have claimed it? Why would the payment that landed your lawyer in prison coincidentally be the only one you didn't claim?
