ESPECIALLY when rich, pretty young women inevitably turn into ordinary, older women-& can't live without male attention. They try to botox & surgery their way to the 1 thing that gave them worth. Then...they look like Kimberly Guillfoille (sp) or Melania Trump. Scary. Habba is probably getting there, under her makeup. Then, without her "brains," she'll be useless to all people, including dummies like Trump. Sad

Not true… maybe another highly intelligent person would be less susceptible to falling for it but “dumb” ppl will fall for it.. also btw intelligent ppl fall for it all the time.. ngl I could open a can of worms by just using religion as an example.. tons of highly intelligent blindly trust and believe due to being convinced a person of some degree of “knowledge” on the Bible and etc knows wut they are talking about… quotes are cool an all but usually not accurate.. just seem accurate which ironically means you/me/ ppl have bought into silly dumb narratives cause a quote SOUNDED “right” 😂 not knocking u just saying to be careful of taking cool quotes as “gossip truth” when it’s actually just a persons opinion 🤣 EXAMPLE: “only guaranteed things in life are DEATH and TAXES” which is FALSE.. death is true but taxes are avoidable and escaped by many.. it should be DEATH and UNFAIRNESS or CHANGE/TIME… or “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result” absolutely false and bs quote.. that’s repetition and skill building… u keep teaching ur kids to learn knowing they will “fail” but each time u want them to understand a bit more.. or gaming.. u do it over and over until u get better.. that quote if true would literally prevent all forms of progress and self improvement.. BUT it sounds cool so ppl say well it must be accurate 😂💀

have you read about what Alina Habba did to Alice Bianco as an audition to become Trumps lawyer? She was a waitress at trumps club bedminster, being sexually harassed by her manager. Habba pretended to be her friend, convinced her to drop her current lawyer regarding the case, and then got her to agree to a *terrible* deal that she didn’t realize until later. I've spent 25 years in different courtrooms and I've never met an attorney in a high profile case who didn't know how to introduce evidence. That's basic. Here and there I met a few young inexperienced attorneys who needed help which i was happy to give. But once the procedure was explained, they understood.

that's the whole republican strategy at the moment. They try to make themselves looks persecuted by everyone to drum up sympathy from white voters who feel like they are losing their power due to other racial groups gaining rights and protections. they claim all criticism, no matter how valid, is part of some "witch hunt". they have lost the ability of self-introspection, and instead double down on their mistakes and claim that they are victim. their voters fall for it ellegantly. Trump does this all the time, he claims that everyone is out to get him, and by extension, his voter base. but in reality all he did was break many laws that every other citizen is expected to follow. It's a pure reactionary tactic. "oh, things are getting better for other groups of people? that MUST mean that MY group is under attack!" "Oh, the transgenders want to use the bathrooom? this MUST be an assault on 'family values', we have to protect the children (by legislating a minority group out of existence)!"

She doesn’t even do what the judge tells her because as we heard from the great Bruce rivers that she does the same thing after being told how to put evidence in a court of law. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had an agent that said do not do the show unless you get X amount of money and if I was that agent I would’ve said the same thing to her about this case but then again I would’ve told her not to take the case because he’s an asshole and he doesn’t pay his lawyers. He is a thing that says to order food for the whole restaurant but does not pay for it and the campaign coffers do not pay for it. He still owes money for the rallies that he held in 2016. So what does that tell you Alina Habba One. You’re not getting your money if you want getting paid upfront because you’re not faking even a pinky sized brain of being smart because you took the case on a pro bono condition

Judge Kaplan: “Your application is denied. SIT DOWN.”
Only an absolutely incompetent pinhead who is either purposely trying, for some reason, to lose her case; or unable to recall the most basic instruction from law school (or a court bench), would even think to be so obtuse when speaking to a judge. Alina Habba’s “intelligence” is as real as her silicone boobs.

As a young newspaper reporter in rural Mississippi I once covered a drunk driving case in which the defendant had failed a field sobriety test. The very young prosecutor struggled throughout the trial to stay within the procedural rules and became more and more exasperated when told by the judge he couldn't do this, that or the other. Finally, the prosecution rested and the defense moved for dismissal. Why? The prosecution never established that the defendant had actually been driving the car. The judge dismissed the case and I've always wondered how that young lawyer's career panned out.

That’s exactly what Trump wants. Perception is reality, & when a 28-year-old accusation is brought to trial during an election season, it can easily be interpreted as a politically motivated act of persecution. Consequently, this transforms Trump into a martyr-like figure. It may sound unconventional, but if he were to suffer a resounding defeat in this particular case, it could paradoxically lead to a victory in the court of public opinion.

Yes, that is being invested for fraud too. That'll probably land sometime in 2025, providing that Hell on Earth doesn't come about and Trump, I can hardly write it, wins the election.
Trump's lawyer problems of the moment aren't really about the money.
The issue he's been having for the past 6 years or so is that no reputable attorneys or law firms will agree to work with him. Why? Look at how many of the indicted and unindicted co-conspirators are his attorneys.
