الإمام: أمَّا هل يخرج من ملة الإسلام مَنْ يسبُّ الذات الإلهية، هذا بلا شك ما يحتاج إلى سؤال فضلًا عن جواب؛ لأنَّه هو الكفر الذي ذرَّ قرنَه، ولكن الذي يمكن أن يُقال في مثل هذه المناسبة: أنَّ مَنْ صدرت منه كلمة الكفر له حالة من حالتين: إمَّا أن يعني ما يقول، وإمَّا أنَّه لا يدري ما يقول، ففي الحالة الأولى الجواب السابق أنَّه كافر مرتد عن دينه ، ولو كان هناك حاكم مسلم يحكم بما أنزل الله فهذا يصدق عليه قوله عليه السلام " من بدّل دينه فاقتلوه " ، لو أن مسلما يشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله لكن مثل القاديانين أنكر أن يكون محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم خاتم الأنبياء هذا يقتل ، لأنه أنكر شيئا معلوما من الدين بالضرورة ما بالك من سبّ الذات الإلهية؟! ، ما بالك من سب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؟! ..إلخ ، فلا شك أن هذا يعتبر مرتدّا وأنه يقتل ردّة ، هذا في الحالة الأولى إذا كان يعني ما يقول ، أمَّا إنْ كان لا يعني ما يقول فهذا لا بُدَّ من شيء من التفصيل: إمَّا أنْ يكون أعجميًّا يقول كلمة عربية لا يفقه معناها وهي كفر، أو أنْ يكون عربيًّا مْسْتَعجمًا نسي اللغة العربية ومعاد يفقه؛ فتكلَّم بكلمة الكفر وهو لا يفهم أنَّها كلمة الكفر ...، فمَنْ نطق بكلمة الكفر وهو يدري ما يقول فهو المرتدُّ وحكمه القتل، ومَنْ كان لا يدري لسبب أنَّه لم يعرف الدِّقَة في المعنى الذي تضمنه كلامه كما في حديث ابن عباس، أو قال كلمة الكفر وهو يدري ما يقول ولكنَّه قالها وهو مضطرًّا -هذه صورة أخرى فهو لا يكفر...، إذن كلمة الكفر لا يدان بها القائل إلا بهذا التفصيل))اهـ.
