I've been in like 10 masjids and I have never seen anyone propagating unnecessary violence also I've never heard that any weapons or anything was found in a masjid. So is it possible what you said? Yeah. Is it common? Far from it. Still not as bad as a priest molesting all of the young boys that come to church imo but definitely bad and I don't think that any muslim will say it's okay or support those few (and yes it really is a few) that hide weapons or whatever in masjids.

O mankind, indeed you are laboring toward your Lord with [great] exertion and will meet it.

﴿فَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِيَمينِهِ﴾ [الانشقاق: ٧]
Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand,
- Saheeh International
﴿فَسَوفَ يُحاسَبُ حِسابًا يَسيرًا﴾ [الانشقاق: ٨]
He will be judged with an easy account
- Saheeh International
﴿وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلى أَهلِهِ مَسرورًا﴾ [الانشقاق: ٩]
And return to his people in happiness.
- Saheeh International
﴿وَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ وَراءَ ظَهرِهِ﴾ [الانشقاق: ١٠]
But as for he who is given his record behind his back,
- Saheeh International
﴿فَسَوفَ يَدعو ثُبورًا﴾ [الانشقاق: ١١]
He will cry out for destruction
- Saheeh International
﴿وَيَصلى سَعيرًا﴾ [الانشقاق: ١٢]
And [enter to] burn in a Blaze.
- Saheeh International
Ibn Ishaq is not a. Authentic source of information. He was simply a gatherer if information. He didn’t authenticate any of his information. He had no limits to where he would get his information from. He was even known to get information from non-Muslims.
This is why we have Bukhari and the other books of Hadith which apply the science of Isnad in order to separate the authentic Hadith, from the weak Hadith, from the fabricated Hadith. That’s why Ibn Ishaq is only used for the chronology of the prophet’s life, but for minute details, that’s where you need the 6 authentic books of Hadith.
Assalamu Alaikum akhi small correction the 6 books (kutoob as sitta) are not all composed of sahih ahadith except the two sahih ( bukhari and Muslim) also for ibn ishaq I do not enough about him to agree or disagree with you if you have a reliable source of information about him I hope u could share it with me
