The workout alternates between 30 second high intensity exercises and 15 second rest periods. It all ends with a heart-pumping 90 second finisher - a 3-exercise superset performed non-stop, challenging your endurance to the limit.

    Here is the real story: i have insulin resistance and my glucose level started to pick. My doc said i have to lose weight(even tough I am not that fat)I started your HIIT workouts. A month later I gain weight and went to blood test. I gained because I eat more in order to do exercise but my glucose levels go down and everything was perfect. Just wanted to let you know that your effort is appreciated ❤

    This one is hard. I stayed with it all the way but suffered. Surprisingly hard on abs. When this is easy I know I'll be where I want.

    For those of you reading this comment, you really shouldn’t be. I was planning on going to the gym in an hour told myself I’d do this workout. Was just an excuse I probably wouldn’t have gone, I took off my shirt and started doing this in my living room. I’m 5 minutes in, had to take multiple breaks I couldn’t continuously do lunges etc, but here I am at 6 minutes writing this out because I actually had to pause to catch my breath. This is your sign, just get up, wherever you are what we your doing no one cares. Do it now

    This one killed me would you doing this 2 times a week and alternating between other workouts would be sufficient? I have been doing your workouts for 3 years but I’m looking for a consistent summer rotation

    Just before the end at 96%, doing the switch climbers, I felt happy and sad at the same time and thought: it’s not a real Tiff&Dan HIIT workout without burpees. Then the finisher apoeared 🔥 🥵😅💪🏽

    I've been following along with your videos since 2020 now and i still don't feel or see
    a difference, now 3 years later... I even eat what my personal trainer friend tells me to.
