[Cooking ingredients]
Enoki mushroom, onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, egg
[making]
1) Cut half the onion.
2) Cut the mushrooms into 3 equal parts.
3) Put the cooking oil and onions on the pan and stir-fry.
4) Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry.
5) Add soy sauce 2T, cooking wine 2T, water 2 spoons and boil.
6) Put the egg yolk on the rice and the add Enoki mushrooms.
